LEGO ONE PIECE 75642 Showdown with Captain Smoker Building Set, 4 Minifigures

Made from plastic, LEGO ONE PIECE Showdown with Captain Smoker brings the Loguetown market into a build-and-play set. It includes 547 pieces and four minifigures: Monkey D. Luffy, Sanji, Dragon and Captain Smoker. The scene features a katana shop, Marine Recruitment Centre and colourful fish stall. It is designed for builders aged 9 and up.

Everyday use

Build the market, then use its shops and characters to create scenes from the ONE PIECE live-action series or invent new encounters. The set offers more to do than arrange figures in a display: Captain Smoker can be turned into smoke using special components, while a flick of the lever triggers an explosion at the Marine Office. The sword-filled shop adds another setting for battle play, and Smoker’s motorbike gives the scene a moving character to position among the stalls.

For a practical after-school activity, children can assemble the market and then switch from building to storytelling, using the four minifigures to act out a meeting or a showdown. When play is finished, the detailed shops, fish stall and motorbike make a colourful display for a desk or bedroom. The LEGO Builder app adds interactive 3D instructions, with options to zoom in, rotate the model and track building progress.

Where it shines

The combination of recognisable characters and working play features gives this set a clear appeal for ONE PIECE fans who want more than a static scene. The smoke effect and lever-triggered explosion give children specific actions to explore, while the market layout provides several places to set up encounters. Two secret dossier tiles add a discovery element for collectors.

Compared with a display-led building set, this one puts more emphasis on hands-on action as well as presentation. Its shops and motorbike help make the finished scene feel like a small slice of Loguetown, so it can move naturally from imaginative play to room décor. It also works as a birthday gift for children aged 9+ who enjoy the series, building sets or character-based adventures.
