Practical tips

Use the Umriox A3 bags to keep documents, contracts, files, receipts, and envelopes grouped instead of leaving them loose in a drawer or stacking them together. With 24 pouches in one set, you can sort paperwork by project, subject, or household task and assign each bag a clear purpose. The A3 format also accommodates larger paper items and other supplies that need more room than a small document sleeve offers.

The black translucent design gives the contents some visual coverage while still making it possible to identify what is inside. That can be useful when you want a tidier-looking desk or shelf without making every pouch fully opaque. A zipper helps keep grouped items together, and the attached rope loop can be used as a hanging ring when you want to hang a bag for storage or access.

How to use it

Place related papers or supplies in a bag, close the zipper, and use a separate pouch for each category. For example, keep active work files apart from receipts, or store a craft project together so its materials stay grouped between sessions. The bags can also hold puzzles, toiletries, and other household or travel items, making them useful beyond an office filing system.

For a home office, arrange the pouches by project or family member and hang a bag by its loop when that makes the contents easier to reach. If you carry the bags with you, keep the zipper area in mind: the PVC material is described as waterproof and moisture resistant, while the zipper itself is not. The wipe-clean surface is practical for handling everyday splashes or residue.

Before you decide

Will A3 documents fit? The bags are designed for A3 paper and measure 16.9 x 12.4 inches, so they’re suited to organizing A3 documents as well as files, contracts, and envelopes.

Can you see what is inside? The translucent black design lets you identify contents while providing more visual coverage than a fully clear pouch. Grouping similar items in each bag can make the contents easier to recognize at a glance.

What else can the bags hold? Beyond paperwork, the listed uses include craft projects, cross-stitch supplies, puzzles, toiletries, office supplies, and receipts. This makes the set suitable for sorting different kinds of small household or work items.

Final verdict

Choose this 24-pack when you want a consistent way to sort A3 paperwork and everyday supplies across a desk, home office, or travel setup. The roomy format, translucent black finish, zipper closure, and hanging loop support practical organization for both documents and projects.
