onvvippiv WJB003-L Fire-Resistant Document Box, Locking Hard Shell, 13 Pockets

A4-format storage gives this fire-resistant document box a clear role: keeping important papers together in a case that is easier to carry than a filing cabinet. Its black hard shell helps protect the contents from compression and impact during storage or travel.

Inside, 13 accordion pockets and additional organizers separate documents, small essentials, and writing tools. That layout makes it useful for home records, office paperwork, or files you need to bring along.

A combination lock adds controlled access, while a water-resistant design and layered fire-resistant materials provide another layer of protection for stored items.

Why it makes sense

A flat document sleeve is suited to carrying a small stack of papers, this case is designed for people who want sections for sorting a broader mix of files and smaller items. The accordion pockets make it easier to group papers by topic, while mesh dividers, card slots, USB pockets, and pen slots give accessories their own places. A zippered mesh pocket offers a separate spot for compact essentials.

For example, it can hold household records together at home, or keep work files and related items organized when moving between locations. The hard shell supports a more structured setup than a soft expanding folder, and the carry-friendly format suits storage that may need to move from a shelf to a desk or vehicle.

Buyers often praise the storage capacity, organization, and portability. Feedback is more varied on durability, size, zipper operation, texture, and fire resistance, some describe the case as sturdy and convenient, while others mention durability concerns or a zipper that does not close completely.

Quick overview

The WJB003-L is a black, hard-shell document organizer sized for A4 paper. Its fire-resistant construction uses multiple layers of silicone-coated fiberglass, and the manufacturer reports that the material passed the UL-94 VTM-0 burn test. The shell is also described as water-resistant, with a protective layer along the zipper edge. These construction details add protection around stored documents without changing the case’s main purpose: keeping files sorted and portable.

The interior includes 13 accordion pockets, eight mesh dividers, 16 card slots, four USB pockets, two pen slots, one zippered mesh pocket, and a large storage compartment. A combination lock provides keyless access, the original combination is 000, and the code can be changed. The fastener capacity is listed as 200 sheets.

Usage tips

Sort papers into the accordion sections by household, project, or work topic, then use the smaller organizers for items such as cards, USB drives, and pens. Set a new combination after opening the lock with its original code, and keep the selected code accessible to the people who need the documents. For travel or everyday handling, close the zipper fully and use the case as a single organized unit rather than carrying loose papers separately.
