Oterri File Organizer Boxes with Lids Hanging File Box, 3 Mesh Pockets

Keep letter-size paperwork sorted at home, in a classroom, or at a desk with the Oterri file box. Its hanging rails hold folders in place, while the zippered lid encloses the contents and provides three mesh pockets for smaller items such as pens, letters, or USB drives.

The linen organizer folds down for storage when you are not using it. In light purple, it brings a defined place for bills, tax documents, certificates, and everyday files without relying on an open tray.

Quick overview

This one-pack organizer is made for letter-size hanging files. Two plastic slide rails support the folders, and the lid keeps their hangers hidden when closed. Double zippers help enclose the top, while the three mesh pockets give small loose items a separate place instead of leaving them among the documents. The lid pockets are useful for items you may want to keep with a set of files, such as a calculator, passport, or USB drive.

The linen construction is described as scratch-resistant, and the box can be folded down for storage. It is also stackable, making it practical to arrange with other storage boxes. Customers often appreciate the compact appearance, organizing function, lid pockets, and zipper closure, some also mention placing it on a bookshelf or using it to consolidate files.

Tips for day-to-day use

For care, wipe the box with a wrung-out damp cloth and let it dry in a ventilated space. Do not machine-wash or hand-wash it, and keep it out of direct sunlight or prolonged sun exposure. When loading files, avoid packing in heavy items. The organizer is not water-resistant, so use it for indoor document storage rather than as protection from spills.

Usage tips

Set up the box with letter-size hanging folders, then use the pockets on the lid for smaller supplies or related personal items. The folders are not included. When opening the lid, the folders remain on the rails, keeping the file order in place while you access the contents. Close both zippers to enclose the top and keep the folder hangers tucked away.

Compared with an open desktop sorter, this design gives paperwork a covered storage space and keeps small accessories in separate lid pockets. It works well for routine bills, birth certificates, tax paperwork, or student and teacher files. If the box is between filing sessions, fold it down for storage, when it is in use, place it where you can reach the files and open the lid fully.
