BALEINE Baleine-1390 File Organizer Box, Slim 4-Pack with Handles

Some document setups call for a compact place to sort active paperwork, while others need room for broader filing systems. The BALEINE slim file organizer gives standard letter-size hanging folders a dedicated home in a four-box set. Need to move files between a desk, shelf, or meeting? Stainless steel handles make each box easy to carry.

Quick sizing guide

Each organizer measures 5.31" L x 12.2" W x 9.84" H. Its slim format is designed for standard letter-size hanging file folders, making it a practical fit for invoices, contracts, tax forms, project notes, or classroom materials. Check the dimensions of your existing folders against the box before ordering, hanging folders are not included. If your filing routine calls for a wider format, the product line also has a large size, while this version keeps the footprint narrower for a desk or shelf.

The set contains four black cardboard boxes. Each has a reinforced corrugated paper core and folds flat for storage when it is not in use, then opens when you need a place to organize files. Label stickers let you mark each box by category, so you can distinguish subjects or projects at a glance. Use one for current paperwork and others for separate workstreams, or place the set across different rooms to keep documents grouped by purpose.

Why it’s worth it

This organizer is built around flexible, everyday filing rather than permanent cabinet storage. The fold-flat design helps reduce its footprint between filing tasks, while the handles support carrying documents from room to room or taking them to a meeting. For a compact desk setup, the slim shape provides a defined place for hanging folders without taking the broader footprint of a larger-format organizer.

The corrugated cardboard core is reinforced to resist bending when loaded with hanging folders, and the stainless steel handles provide sturdy lifting points. Label stickers add a simple way to identify contents without relying on memory or opening each box. Customers mention using organizers like these for office files and classroom intervention materials, feedback on sturdiness is mixed, so individual experiences vary. The boxes are described as already assembled, making them ready to open and use for file sorting.
