Oterri AM03118 File Organizer, Foldable Letter/Legal File Box, New Pink

If you need a tidy place for letter- or legal-size hanging folders, the Oterri AM03118 keeps files together in a lidded box that suits an office or home workspace.

Its linen finish and new-pink color give document storage a softer look than a traditional filing cabinet, while the rectangular shape fits neatly on a shelf or beside a desk.

Clear sliding bars guide hanging folders inside, and the foldable design collapses for storage when the box is not in use.

What matters most

This file organizer is designed for letter- and legal-size hanging folders, making it useful for bills, mail, work papers, and important household documents. The clear sliding bars help folders move along the box, while also protecting its edges. A flip-top lid keeps the contents gathered when the box is stored or moved.

The listed materials are linen and reinforced MDF board. The board provides structure for the box, and the fabric exterior gives it a finished appearance suited to visible storage in a home office. The new-pink color offers an alternative to plain office-file boxes without changing the practical purpose: keeping paperwork in one dedicated place.

Buyers often appreciate the box’s appearance, sturdiness, and usefulness for organizing papers. Feedback on lid fit is mixed, with some customers saying it aligns well and others reporting difficulty. This is a lidded file box for people who want covered, portable storage rather than an open desktop sorter or a fixed filing cabinet.

Quick sizing guide

The box measures 15.7 inches long, 12 inches wide, and 10.83 inches high. It is intended for letter- and legal-size hanging folders, so it can serve as a compact filing point for active projects, household records, or incoming mail. The single-compartment interior keeps the folder collection together instead of spreading documents across several small organizers.

For a practical setup, place the box near the desk where paperwork is handled, then group folders by topic or project. When the files are no longer in regular use, close the lid and move the box to a shelf or storage area. Its foldable construction also lets it collapse when empty and not needed.

Practical tips

No assembly is required. Set the box on a stable surface, add hanging folders to the sliding bars, and use the lid to cover the contents between filing sessions. The maximum recommended weight is 50 kg, keep the stored load within that recommendation.

Beyond paperwork, the box is also recommended for clothing and toys, and the product information describes additional use for books. That makes it suitable for a home office that doubles as a family space: keep files in it during the workweek, or use it to gather small household items when organizing a room. It is not water resistant, so choose a dry spot for documents and other contents that need protection from moisture.

Buying verdict

Choose the Oterri AM03118 when you want hanging-file organization in a covered box that can also fold down when storage needs change. Its letter/legal folder fit, clear sliding bars, and linen-covered MDF structure make it a practical alternative to an open tray, while the new-pink finish works well when the organizer will remain visible at home or in an office.
