BALEINE Baleine-1122 Collapsible File Organizer Box with Lid and PVC Rails

Some paper storage needs to stay ready for daily filing, other setups need to fold away between projects. The BALEINE Baleine-1122 is designed to handle both, with hanging-file rails and a collapsible structure.

Its textured polyester exterior gives the organizer a decorative look for a home office, while the lid keeps documents together between filing sessions.

Use it to keep letter-size hanging folders upright and accessible, then fold the box flat when you need to put it away.

Quick overview

PVC rails run along both sides, allowing hanging folders to slide in and out for straightforward access to documents. The box is sized for standard letter-size hanging files, making it useful for sorting household paperwork, school documents, or office records in one place. File folders are sold separately.

The polyester fabric exterior is reinforced with thick cardboard on all sides to help the box maintain its shape as files are stored inside. A transparent label slot makes it easier to identify the contents at a glance, and two handles let you carry the organizer between rooms or to the office. Its Antique Foliage color and solid pattern add a decorative touch to a workspace or storage area.

Getting the most from it

Set the organizer on a shelf, desk, or other convenient filing surface and arrange hanging folders along the PVC rails. Grouping papers by project, household topic, or school term keeps related documents together and makes them easier to find. The lid helps keep the filing area contained when you are not sorting papers, the label slot can identify the category without opening the box.

When the organizer is not in use, it folds flat for storage. That makes it practical for occasional filing needs as well as a home office where the available space changes between tasks. The handles are useful when moving the box from a desk to a closet or carrying records to another room.

Who it’s for

This file organizer suits people who want hanging folders in a portable, covered container rather than spread across a work surface. It can serve a home office, a school-paper station, or a shared workspace where papers need a designated place. The combination of rails and a carryable box is especially useful when files need to move between rooms while staying grouped together.

Customer feedback often highlights the box’s functionality, capacity, and ease of assembly. Opinions on sturdiness vary, and some customers report that the lid does not close as expected, impressions of value also differ. These are useful points to keep in mind when choosing a storage format for your filing routine.

Practical questions

What file folders does it hold? It is designed for standard letter-size hanging folders, which slide along the PVC rails. The folders themselves are not included.

Can I store it when it is empty? Yes. The organizer collapses flat when it is not being used, helping you put it away without keeping it assembled.

How can I identify what is inside? Use the transparent label slot on the exterior to mark the box’s contents, so you can recognize a file category at a glance.
