Acaves replacement ink cartridges PG-275XL/CL-276XL

Where it shines

Running out of black or color ink can interrupt a print job just when you need it. This Acaves PG-275XL/CL-276XL replacement combo pairs one black cartridge with one tri-color cartridge for supported PIXMA printers, so you can replace both ink types in one purchase rather than sourcing them separately. It is aimed at everyday documents and graphics, with the listing describing the ink as producing crisp text and bright, clear color.

The stated yields are 430 pages for black and 410 pages for color, measured at 5% coverage. From the way it is set up, the main appeal is having both replacement cartridges ready together, those figures are a reference, not a promise for every print mix.

What matters most

Compatibility is the first thing to check. The listing names the PIXMA TS3522, TR4720, TS3722, TS3500, TS3520, TR4722, and TS3720. If your printer is not on that list, don’t assume these cartridges will fit just because its name or cartridge family seems similar. The product is presented as a replacement for Canon 275 and 276 cartridges, in XL versions.

The package includes one PG-275XL black cartridge, one CL-276XL tri-color cartridge, and a user guide. The seller also describes upgraded chips intended to support cartridge recognition and ink-level display on compatible printers. That is useful to know, but the listed printer models remain the practical compatibility check. If you mainly print black-and-white pages, the color cartridge may sit unused, a black-only replacement approach could make more sense for that routine. If you print occasional color graphics alongside text, having both types in the same pack is more convenient.

Best use cases

This combo makes the most sense for a household or small workspace that uses one of the listed PIXMA models for forms, schoolwork, shipping labels, or a mix of text and simple color graphics. Picture printing a few pages for a school project: the black cartridge handles the text, while the tri-color one is on hand for colored headings or illustrations. It gives you a paired replacement without requiring a separate search for each cartridge.

There is no information here about ink volume, cartridge dimensions, or performance with heavy photo printing, so those details should not be assumed from the XL label. The stated page counts use 5% coverage, which is a light-printing reference, pages with larger areas of color or dense graphics use ink differently.

Should you buy it?

Worth considering if your printer is one of the named models and you want black and tri-color replacements together for routine mixed printing. The listed yields and chip features make the pack’s intended use clear, but they do not establish how it will perform with every document or printer setup.

It may not suit you if your model is not listed, you only need black ink, or your main priority is frequent, ink-heavy photo printing. Before choosing, match your printer to the compatibility list and consider whether you will use both cartridges, that matters more than the XL designation alone.
