NEEWER BH20B Black LED Video Light Stick Kit, 2-Pack with 2.4G Remote

A bi-colour range of 3200K–5600K and adjustable brightness make the NEEWER BH20B kit easy to tailor to a scene, whether you’re lighting a talking-head video or adding fill to a portrait. Each of the two light sticks has a CRI of 97+, with red, yellow and blue filters for changing the look of your lighting.

Use the sticks handheld for flexible positioning, or mount them on the included stands for a more settled setup. The kit also packs into its carrying bag for moving between locations.

Best use cases

For YouTube recording, vlogging, gaming and livestreaming, the two lights let you shape a scene from more than one direction. Set one as a key light and use the other to brighten shadows or add separation, then adjust brightness and colour temperature to suit the room and subject. For portraits and product photography, the included coloured filters and white diffusers offer options for changing the mood or softening the light.

Each stick measures 23.6 inches, including its handle. In handheld use, the handle can tilt through 180° and lock into position, helping direct light at different angles. For a stationary setup, the included stands adjust from 2.3' to 6.6'. The carrying bag makes it practical to bring the lighting kit to a shoot away from home.

Why it’s worth it

Both sticks provide constant illumination with adjustable brightness from 0–100% and colour temperature from 3200K to 5600K. That range gives you control over light intensity and warmth without changing the lighting equipment between scenes. Each stick uses 105 warm and 105 cool LEDs and has 21W power, the CRI 97+ rating is a useful specification when colour appearance matters in video or photography.

The included 2.4G remote lets you adjust brightness and colour temperature wirelessly from up to 66' (20m) away, as well as put the lights into standby. It can control multiple lights on the same channel, so you can make adjustments without handling each stick. Need to switch between a compact handheld arrangement and a consistent two-light setup? This kit supports both, with stands and hand-held operation included.

What to know

For indoor sessions, connect the lights to a wall outlet using the included power adapters. For cordless use, each light can take an NP-F battery, which is not included. An LCD screen displays the settings and remaining battery level. The remote uses 2.4G transmission, and the kit includes one remote for the two lights.

The two-pack includes two BH20B light sticks, two stands, two power adapters and one carrying bag. It also comes with two filters each in red, blue, yellow and white diffuser. A filter slot helps hold each filter in place while you set up or change the lighting. Buyers highlight the adjustable colour control and appreciate having battery operation as a backup, some also describe the kit as portable for travel.

Should you buy it?

Worth considering if you want two adjustable LED sticks for video, livestreaming or photography, with both stand-mounted and handheld use available. The colour-temperature range, dimming control and creative filters make it easier to adapt the light to different scenes, while the remote and carrying bag support a more flexible workflow at home or on location.
