USHARP Extra-Large Cat Litter Mat, 47 x 28-Inch Dual-Layer, Waterproof
Product description
Some litter areas need only a small landing spot, others benefit from a mat that extends well beyond the box. The USHARP cat litter mat measures 47 x 28 inches, giving litter a broad surface to land on as cats step out.
Its dual-layer honeycomb design catches scattered litter, while the waterproof base helps protect the floor from liquid. Would a wider catch area suit your litter setup better?
The gray EVA mat is designed for indoor litter areas, including setups with extra-large boxes or multiple cats. Its non-slip texture helps keep it in place during everyday use.
Technical overview
- Type: Cat litter trapping mat
- Format: Dual-layer honeycomb surface with waterproof base
- Dimensions: 47 x 28 x 0.24 inches
- Material: EVA
- Color: Gray
The honeycomb surface collects litter from paws as cats leave the box. When it is time to tidy up, lift the mat and pour the trapped litter back into the box. The broad footprint also gives scattered granules more surface area to land on than a compact mat. Buyers highlight its size, litter collection, and straightforward cleaning, feedback on durability is mixed, with some reporting wear to the honeycomb layer.
Everyday compatibility
Place the mat beneath the litter box or across the area where your cat usually exits. Its 47 x 28-inch footprint is suited to larger litter setups and households with multiple cats, as described for this product. If you are choosing between a compact mat and a broader catcher, this size offers more coverage around the box. Measure the space where you plan to use it so the mat can sit flat and leave a clear path for your cat.
Usage tips
For routine cleanup, lift the mat and pour the collected litter back into the box. The mat can also be shaken out, wiped with a damp cloth, rinsed with water, vacuumed, or machine washed. Let it dry before returning it to the litter area. In a practical daily setup, positioning it along the main exit path helps the honeycomb surface catch litter as your cat walks away from the box. The soft surface is described as gentle on paws, and the textured base helps the mat stay put.
What to clarify

Final verdict
For cat owners who want a larger litter-catching surface around an indoor box, this USHARP mat combines a 47 x 28-inch footprint with a honeycomb litter-trapping layer and a waterproof base. It is a practical fit for extra-large litter setups and multi-cat areas where a wider cleanup zone is useful.
