Pieviev ZDX04-DM09 Silicone Cat Litter Mat, 34" x 22", Raised Edges

At 34" x 22", this silicone mat gives a cat’s litter box a broad landing area. Its raised pattern helps catch litter carried out on paws, while the raised edges help contain spills. Choose it for the space around a litter box, or use it under food and water bowls when you need a mat for another part of your cat’s routine.

Highlights

The textured surface is designed to collect stray litter as cats step away from the box, helping keep scattered granules on the mat rather than across the surrounding floor. Its 0.4-inch raised edges create a boundary around the surface, and the waterproof silicone is intended to help protect floors from urine and water spills. A non-slip backing helps keep the mat in place during everyday use.

The soft silicone is described as gentle on paws and resistant to scratching and wear. Its 34" x 22" size fits most standard litter boxes and provides room for cats to step out onto the mat. It is suitable for different types of cat litter, including use with self-cleaning litter boxes. Buyers often appreciate its litter-catching function and easy emptying, feedback is mixed on how flat it settles and how well it holds up over time.

Care & maintenance

To return collected litter to the box, lift or gently shake the mat over the litter opening. Rinse it with water to remove remaining particles when needed. These straightforward cleaning options make it practical for regular upkeep around an indoor litter station. The silicone surface can also be used beneath food and water bowls, where its raised edges provide a boundary for the area under the dishes.

Getting the most from it

Place the mat directly in front of the litter box so cats step onto it as they exit. This setup is useful when the main priority is catching litter near the box, under bowls, the same mat serves a different everyday purpose. If your cat’s routine includes more than one indoor station, its flexible use makes it easy to choose a placement based on where a protective surface is most useful.

For a simple cleanup, tip the trapped litter back into the box before rinsing away any residue. The raised pattern and wipe-down routine are especially practical for keeping the area around a litter station more contained without making the mat’s care complicated.
