Compatible Canon toner cartridge CRG-120

Size & fit

For owners of compatible Canon imageCLASS printers who need black toner for everyday documents, this CRG-120 cartridge set is listed for a range of D-series models, along with the Satera MF417dw and i-Sensys MF6680DN. The package contains two cartridges, which may suit a home office or small workplace that prefers keeping a spare on hand rather than ordering toner one cartridge at a time.

The listed printer models are the key fit check, the CRG-120 name alone is not enough to confirm compatibility. Does your printer appear on the list? It includes imageCLASS D1520, D1550, D1100, D1120, D1320, D1350, D1370, D1150, D1170, and D1180.

That’s a broad selection within the stated range, but the description does not establish compatibility with other printers. Check your model number before choosing, especially if your printer’s name is similar but not listed. For example, this could be a practical replacement for routine office pages such as invoices or text-heavy reports, it is not a reason to assume every Canon printer accepts CRG-120 toner.

Pros

The two-pack format gives you a second cartridge to store for the next replacement. The listing also states a yield of 5,000 pages based on 5% coverage on Letter/A4 paper. Treat that as a reference figure, not a promise for every job: pages with heavier black coverage can use toner at a different rate, and the listing does not give a separate estimate for those workloads.

Its main appeal is straightforward: compatible toner for the named printers, supplied in a two-pack, with a stated page-yield basis. The listing describes installation as easy, but it does not provide further installation details or information about how the cartridges are packaged for storage. Compared with buying a single replacement as needed, keeping a second cartridge available may reduce the chance of running out mid-print job. If you print only occasionally, though, a two-pack may be more toner to keep on hand than you need.

Worth considering if your printer is on the compatibility list and you want two black cartridges for recurring document printing. It’s not for you if you need confirmed support for a model that isn’t named here, or if you’re looking for a specific estimate based on dense graphics, the yield is tied to 5% coverage, and there’s no way to estimate your own run length without that measurement.

Spec sheet

This is a black, compatible CRG-120 toner cartridge set for the listed Canon printer models. The package includes two cartridges, and the stated yield is 5,000 pages based on 5% coverage on Letter/A4 paper. The description also uses the identifiers CRG-120 and CRG120. It does not specify dimensions, weight, toner formulation, or a separate yield for each cartridge, so those details should not be inferred from the pack count.

Final verdict

Choose this set if your exact printer appears in the compatibility list and a two-cartridge supply matches your printing routine. It makes more sense for steady text and document printing than for a buyer who needs a highly specific output estimate for graphics-heavy pages. If your model is absent from the list or you need details beyond the stated yield and cartridge identifiers, this listing does not provide enough information to settle that question.
