Measuring 43 cm long by 33 cm wide and 75 cm high, this black polyester laundry hamper makes use of a slim floor footprint while holding up to 105 litres. Its tall shape gives clothes, towels and blankets a dedicated place without needing a wide basket.

Everyday use

Four support poles, reinforced top and bottom panels, and a metal frame in the opening help the basket stay upright during everyday use. Assembly is straightforward: insert the poles into the corners to give the hamper its structure. When it is not needed, fold it down for storage in a cupboard or wardrobe. This makes it a practical alternative to a permanently rigid basket when you want laundry storage that can be put away between uses.

The extended handles help when carrying a full load from a bedroom or bathroom to the laundry room. Their wide design gives you a firm grip, while the lid provides a neat way to cover the contents. Buyers appreciate the generous capacity and space-saving shape, including for smaller rooms, opinions on its appearance are mixed.

Best use cases

Use it as a central laundry point in a bedroom, bathroom or utility room, so clothes can be gathered before wash day and carried in one trip. Its 105-litre capacity also suits households that prefer to collect a larger amount of washing in one place, rather than spread it across several smaller baskets. The slim dimensions are useful where floor space is at a premium, such as beside other laundry equipment, provided the available space accommodates the basket.

It can also hold towels, blankets or household clutter, making it useful beyond laundry. For a room where a basket needs to stay in place all the time, a fixed rigid design is another approach, this Lifewit hamper is particularly handy when fold-away storage and moving it between rooms matter more.

Should you buy it?

Choose the Lifewit 25069 if you want a tall, covered laundry basket with substantial capacity, easy-to-carry handles and a foldable design. It brings collection, transport and storage together in one slim hamper, making it well suited to everyday laundry routines in bedrooms, bathrooms and utility rooms.
