SONGMICS STEVIE LCB140G01 155 L Laundry Sorter, 4 Sections, Foldable X-Frame

Some households want one place to collect washing, others need clean separation before laundry day. The SONGMICS STEVIE laundry sorter brings both together, with a 155 L capacity and four sections for organising clothes by colour or type.

Its slate grey finish gives it a simple look for a laundry room, bedroom or bathroom. A steel X-frame supports the Oxford fabric basket, while the PE coating helps make the interior easier to wipe clean.

When floor space matters, the frame folds away for storage. The handle also makes it easier to move the sorter between rooms or towards the washing machine.

Best use cases

Use the four compartments to separate lights, darks, colours and towels as clothes are taken off. Five reusable labels—DARK, LIGHT, COLOR, TOWELS and OTHERS—attach with hook-and-loop fasteners, so you can set up the sections around your household’s routine. The spare label gives you another category to use as needed.

For a busy laundry room, this means fewer mixed piles to sort through when a wash is ready. In a bedroom or bathroom, it keeps used clothing gathered in one organised place rather than spread across the floor. The 155 L capacity is suited to collecting laundry for a household, while the four sections make the contents easier to separate at a glance.

Where it shines

The practical difference is having sorting built into the hamper. A single-compartment basket gathers clothes, but leaves the sorting until later, this design lets you organise as you go. Could that small change make laundry day more straightforward? The labels and separate sections help establish a clear routine, whether you sort by colour, fabric type or household preference.

The folding X-frame is useful when the sorter needs to be put away between uses or moved to another room. Its steel tubes support the 600D Oxford fabric, and the PE coating helps with quick clean-ups. The stated maximum static load is 25 kg, giving a clear guide when filling the basket.

Buyers commonly praise its spacious layout, straightforward assembly and sturdy feel. They also appreciate the sorting features and the interchangeable labels. These are customer impressions, while the four-section layout and foldable frame provide the practical features behind the everyday use.

Key takeaways

This is a floor-standing laundry organiser with four compartments, a 155 L capacity and a foldable steel frame. The five labels make the sections easy to personalise, and the carry handle helps when moving laundry around the home. Its slate grey colour and rectangular shape suit a dedicated laundry area as well as shared household spaces.

For a typical routine, assign a section to each main wash category, then carry the collected laundry to the machine when ready. The layout keeps categories distinct without needing several separate baskets, and the frame can fold down when you want to reclaim the space.

When it makes sense

It suits you if you want to sort laundry as it accumulates and prefer one organised hamper to a collection of separate baskets. The combination of four sections, customisable labels and a 155 L capacity is particularly useful for households with different wash categories to keep apart. Choose it for a laundry room, bedroom or bathroom where a mobile, foldable sorter can make everyday clothes organisation simpler.
