SONGMICS LCB513G01V1 130L Laundry Basket with Lid, Two Compartments
Product description
Keep laundry organised in a bedroom, bathroom or laundry room with the SONGMICS LCB513G01V1. Its two compartments make it easier to separate clothes as they are collected, so sorting is already part of the routine when wash day arrives.
If you need to separate colours or fabric types, the divided layout is more practical than a single-compartment hamper. For a tidy laundry space that can also be cleared away, its collapsible design offers a different approach to a fixed basket.
A lid keeps the contents out of view, while the removable mesh liners can be carried to the washing machine. The Oxford fabric body is supported by fibreglass rods, and assembly uses no tools.
Size & fit
With a 130L capacity and two compartments, this rectangular hamper provides space to collect and sort household laundry in one place. Its measurements are 52 x 38.5 x 70.5 cm, giving it a tall, narrow footprint suited to a laundry corner or a space beside a wardrobe. The lid helps keep the area looking orderly between washes, while the bamboo handles make the basket easier to move when needed.
The two mesh liners attach with hook-and-loop fasteners and can be removed individually for carrying. Their drawstrings double as handles, and the mesh design means a liner can also be used as a wash bag for sorted clothes in the machine. When the basket is not needed, it folds down for storage.
Pros
Separating laundry at the point it is put away saves a sorting step later. Use the two sections for different colours or fabric types, then lift out the relevant liner when it is time to wash. This is especially useful in a shared household where laundry builds up between wash days.
The lid conceals clothes from view and has a handle for easy opening. The 600D Oxford fabric is water- and stain-resistant, while the fibreglass rods help the basket hold its shape. For everyday laundry organisation, that combination brings together a defined structure with liners that can be carried separately. Assembly is straightforward: unfold the basket, insert the rods and fasten them to the bamboo rim, then attach the liners.

When it makes sense
This SONGMICS hamper suits households that want laundry separated before wash day, rather than collected in one mixed pile. It is a practical fit for a bedroom, bathroom or laundry room, with removable liners that help move sorted clothes and a lid that keeps the basket’s contents discreet. Choose it when a divided, collapsible laundry basket will make everyday sorting and storage easier to manage.
