JAKKS Pacific 237554 Moana 2 Doll Playset with Moana, Maui and Friends

Specifications

Moana’s petite size makes it easy to bring a Disney’s Moana 2 adventure along for the day, while the set’s characters and oar give children props to act out scenes or invent their own voyage. It brings Moana and Maui together with two familiar animal companions for imaginative play inspired by the film.

The set is made from plastic and is designed for children aged 3 and up. No assembly is required, so play can begin with the figures straight from the box.

Everyday use

Children can use Moana’s oar to set the scene for an ocean journey, then bring Maui, Pua and Heihei into the story as the adventure unfolds. The figures support imaginative play and movie-scene reenactment, whether play is based on favourite moments from Moana 2 or a new story of their own.

The petite format is intended for play on the go as well as at home. It makes a practical choice for a child who likes to carry a small collection of characters between play sessions, and the four figures give more scope for group storytelling than a single-character doll. For a birthday or holiday gift, the familiar film characters make the set an easy way to start a Moana-themed play scene without needing to build one character at a time.

Buyers often highlight the characters’ appearance, the handy size and the fun of playing with the set. Feedback on sturdiness is mixed, so these comments are best taken as individual impressions rather than a promise of how the dolls will hold up in every play setting.

In the box

The set includes one Moana doll, one Maui doll, Pua, Heihei and Moana’s oar. Together, these pieces let children bring several characters into the same scene and use the accessory as part of their voyage stories. The figures can also be taken along for portable play, keeping the cast of a Moana 2 adventure together.

Buying verdict

This set suits children aged 3 and up who enjoy Disney’s Moana 2 and want more than one character for imaginative play. Compared with choosing a single doll, it offers Moana, Maui, Pua and Heihei in one set, with Moana’s oar to help shape the story. It is a particularly fitting pick for recreating the film’s adventures or making up new ones at home and on the go.
