Clementoni 17974 Stitch Activity Bus with Sensory Textures and Soft Blocks

For babies and toddlers aged 0–3, the Clementoni Stitch Activity Bus brings hands-on play into a familiar vehicle-themed setting. Its bright blue bus features Stitch and Angel for simple character play.

The activity combines a bus adventure with stacking, so little ones can move between different kinds of play using the same toy. Sensory textures and soft Clemmy blocks invite touching, grasping and handling.

With manual play and no power supply, it is ready for play without batteries. The bus measures 28 x 18.5 x 24 centimetres.

How to use it

Children can handle the soft blocks, stack them and bring them into play with the bus and character figures. The different textures add a tactile element as they explore, while picking up and placing blocks supports the toy’s stated focus on manual dexterity and tactile perception. The bus gives the blocks a vehicle setting, making it easy to shift from stacking to pretend journeys and character-led play.

Unlike a standalone block set, this toy combines stacking with a vehicle and figures. That makes it a practical choice when you want one plaything to offer both hands-on block activity and an imaginative setting. It is manually operated, so play centres on moving, handling and arranging the pieces rather than using electronic controls.

Best use cases

Use the bus for short, flexible play sessions at home: a child can explore the textures, practise placing blocks, then take Stitch and Angel on an imagined trip. The soft blocks are sized for little hands, and the combination of figures and bus gives adults an easy starting point for simple stories and turn-taking.

The activity is also suited to floor play where a child can reach, grasp and move the pieces at their own pace. Its sensory details offer another way to engage with the toy beyond its vehicle design, while the stackable blocks keep the play hands-on. The materials are described as dishwasher-friendly, which helps make routine cleaning straightforward. The blocks are also described as safe for chewing.

Should you buy it?

Choose the Clementoni Stitch Activity Bus if you want baby-focused play that brings together soft blocks, tactile textures and character-based storytelling. Its two-in-one format offers more than a basic stacking toy: the bus and Stitch and Angel figures give children a setting for imaginative play, while the blocks provide a simple activity for handling and stacking. It is a strong match for families looking for an engaging manual toy for babies and toddlers aged 0–3.
