samstar Samstar-0011N Hanging File Organizer, Metal Mesh, Letter Size

Tech summary

Some filing setups are meant to stay in one place, others need to move between rooms or work areas. The samstar Samstar-0011N is a portable metal mesh organizer for letter-size hanging folders and everyday paper storage. Its integrated handle makes it easier to carry where the paperwork is needed, while the collapsible design folds away when you’re not using it.

• Type: Hanging file organizer
• Material: Metal
• Finish: Painted
• Dimensions: 14"L x 12.2"W x 10.23"H
• Item weight: 1.17 kg
• Capacity: Letter-size hanging folders

The mesh format keeps a filing area open and visible, and the organizer can also hold letter-size files, magazines, newspapers, mail, books, and notebooks. Use it to group household bills, correspondence, or work papers in one accessible place rather than spreading them across a desk. Hanging folders are not included, so pair it with folders if you want to sort documents by category.

Usage tips

Set the organizer on a stable surface, then use hanging folders to separate papers by project, household member, or document type. Its 14-inch length and letter-size folder fit make it suited to familiar home and office paperwork. The open mesh sides let you see the contents at a glance, which is useful when you regularly reach for incoming mail, active files, or reading material.

The handle supports carrying the organizer between a desk, shelf, or another work area. When you need the space for something else, fold the unit for storage. For a permanent filing station, a fixed cabinet may suit a different setup, this organizer offers a portable way to keep frequently used papers together. It can also hold miscellaneous items such as books or notebooks when you want one container for a changing mix of everyday materials.

Buyer feedback commonly highlights straightforward assembly, useful hanging-folder function, and an appearance that works well in a home or office. Comments on sturdiness are mixed, and some buyers report that assembly pins do not line up as expected. Opinions on size also vary, so use the stated dimensions to plan where it will sit and how it will fit into your filing area.

How to use it

Assemble the organizer, place it where you want to keep your papers, and add letter-size hanging folders for an organized filing system. You can label folders by topic or person to make routine sorting more practical. For a simpler setup, use the mesh box directly for mail, magazines, books, or notebooks. When it is no longer needed, fold it down, when papers need to move, carry it by the integrated handle.

Is it worth it?

The Samstar-0011N is a practical fit for anyone who wants an accessible, movable place for letter-size hanging folders and other everyday papers.
