KingKJ Compatible Toner Cartridge for B1160

When a home office or small workspace relies on a Dell mono laser printer for forms, drafts, and everyday documents, a replacement cartridge needs to fit the printer and keep text readable. This KingKJ compatible toner is intended for the Dell B1160, B1160w, B1163w, and B1165nfw, and comes as a two-cartridge pack. Each cartridge is rated for up to 1,500 pages at 5% coverage, so the stated combined yield is up to 3,000 pages under that condition. That estimate is useful for planning, but pages with heavier coverage can use toner faster.

Getting the most from it

The practical appeal is having a spare cartridge ready when the printer runs low, rather than stopping mid-batch to source another one. For example, if you print a stack of invoices or school forms, the second cartridge can stay on hand until it is needed. The package also includes a user manual, and the cartridges have a built-in chip. Check that your printer is one of the listed Dell models before ordering, compatibility with other printers is not established by the supplied details.

If you prioritize a two-cartridge supply for routine black-and-white printing, this pack fits that approach. If you prefer a cartridge from the printer’s original manufacturer, this is a compatible replacement rather than that option. You’ll appreciate it if you want to keep a listed Dell mono laser printer stocked without buying cartridges one at a time. Better avoided if your printer model is not listed or you need color printing, which this black toner is not intended to provide.

Why it’s worth it

The main buying case is straightforward: two cartridges, a stated yield for each, and a chip included. That can make it easier to estimate how often you may need replacements, especially for mostly text-based documents. The manufacturer also states that the cartridges undergo quality testing and that the product has ISO 9001 certification. Those are manufacturer-provided claims, not a guarantee that every print job will look identical to an original cartridge.

From the way it is set up, this is aimed at replacing toner in a specific group of Dell printers, not at offering broad, universal compatibility. KingKJ lists a two-year warranty, 24-hour customer service, and replacement service for defective products. Those support terms may matter if a cartridge arrives defective, though the product details do not explain the claim process or its conditions.

At a glance

• Type: Compatible black toner cartridge
• Compatible printers: Dell B1160, B1160w, B1163w, and B1165nfw
• Package: Two toner cartridges and one user manual
• Rated yield: Up to 1,500 pages per cartridge, 3,000 pages total at 5% coverage
• Chip: Built in
• Support stated: Two-year warranty, 24-hour customer service, and replacement service for defective products

The page estimate is the clearest limitation to keep in mind: it is tied to 5% coverage, so pages with large dark areas or dense graphics may reduce the number of prints. The details also don’t specify toner weight or provide a measured comparison with an original cartridge.

Is it worth it?

This KingKJ two-pack makes sense if you own one of the listed Dell models and mainly need black toner for ordinary documents, with a second cartridge available as backup. The stated yield and included chip give you concrete points to weigh, while the warranty and support offer some recourse according to the manufacturer. Choose a different option if you need color, have an unlisted printer, or would rather stick with an original-brand cartridge. For a compatible replacement focused on text-heavy printing, the key question is whether the listed printer match and 5%-coverage yield suit your workload.
