910XL Compatible Ink Cartridge Combo Pack

The four-cartridge combo includes a 910XL black cartridge plus cyan, magenta, and yellow, so it covers a full color-and-black replacement rather than just one depleted color. According to the maker, the black cartridge yields up to 1,200 pages and each color cartridge up to 1,000 pages at 5% coverage. That makes the pack worth considering for routine home-office printing, especially if you want all four ink colors on hand. Those figures are estimates under a stated coverage condition, not a promise of the same output for every document.

How to use it

This pack is intended for listed HP OfficeJet and OfficeJet Pro printers, including OfficeJet 8010-series models and OfficeJet Pro 8020- and 8030-series models. The compatibility list also includes several e-series printers with HP+ service, such as the OfficeJet Pro 8025e, 8028e, and 8035e. Check your exact printer model against the supplied list before buying, a similar model name by itself is not confirmation of compatibility.

A practical use case is keeping the set nearby when a small office prints a mix of black-and-white forms and color pages: instead of ordering black and the three colors separately, you have one cartridge for each slot. Why pay for a full set if you only need one color right now? If one cartridge is the only one running low, a single replacement may be a closer fit than this combo. You’ll appreciate it if you want a complete set for a listed printer and are comfortable choosing compatible, non-OEM ink.

Pros

• Includes one 910XL black cartridge and one each of cyan, magenta, and yellow.
• The stated page yields are substantial for a standard mix of printing, with black and color listed separately.
• The compatibility list covers a range of OfficeJet and OfficeJet Pro models, including named e-series printers.

The main trade-off is that this is not an HP OEM product. Buyers who specifically want original HP cartridges should choose that route instead. Also, the yield figures use 5% coverage on A4/letter pages, graphics-heavy pages or dense color layouts may use ink differently, so don’t treat the maximums as a guaranteed number of pages.

• OEM status: Not an HP OEM cartridge set

Final verdict

This 910XL combo makes sense when you need all four colors for a printer named in the compatibility list and prefer one complete set over piecing together separate cartridges. The stated yields give a useful point of comparison, but actual page counts depend on what you print. It’s not for you if you require HP-branded OEM ink, or if you only need to replace one cartridge and would rather avoid buying the other three at the same time.
