BALEINE Baleine-1568 Slim File Organizer Boxes, 4-Pack with Stainless Steel Handles

For anyone sorting standard letter-size hanging folders, the BALEINE Baleine-1568 set creates a dedicated place for paperwork on a desk, shelf, or in a home office. Each slim organizer has a reinforced corrugated cardboard core and stainless steel handles, making it practical to move grouped documents where they are needed.

Choose this four-pack when you want several compact bins for separate categories rather than one larger storage box for a single batch of files. The collapsible design also folds flat for storage between uses.

Key features

The four beige file boxes are made from cardboard with a reinforced corrugated paper core. Set them up as separate homes for contracts, invoices, tax forms, project notes, or classroom materials, so each group can be kept together and labeled. Stickers are included for identifying the contents at a glance.

The slim format measures 5.38 x 12.25 x 9.75 inches. It is designed for standard letter-size hanging file folders, giving folders a freestanding organizer for a desk or shelf. Stainless steel handles provide a grip for carrying a box between rooms or from a shelf to a desk. When the organizers are not in use, their collapsible construction allows them to fold flat.

Customer feedback often highlights the organizers’ straightforward assembly, useful file organization, and appearance. Impressions of sturdiness vary, so the reinforced corrugated core is best understood as a structural feature for holding hanging folders and documents, not as a claim of indestructibility.

Quick sizing guide

This is the slim 4-pack, with each box measuring 5.38 inches long by 12.25 inches wide by 9.75 inches high. The format is intended for standard letter-size hanging folders. If you already use hanging folders, compare their dimensions with the organizer before setting up your filing system. The product listing also describes a larger size for shoppers who need a wider organizer, this version prioritizes a narrower footprint for arranging several categories side by side.

Getting the most from it

Open a box when you are ready to file, place hanging folders inside, and use the included stickers to mark each category. For example, a home office could separate current bills, tax paperwork, and project documents into individual bins. In a classroom, separate organizers can keep intervention materials grouped by subject or activity. The handles make it easier to carry a category of files to another room or a meeting, while the lift-off lid gives access to stored paperwork.

Because the folders are not included, pair each organizer with standard letter-size hanging folders to create a working filing setup. When a project ends or desk space needs to be cleared, fold the box flat for storage.

What to clarify

How many organizers are in the set? The package contains four file organizer boxes, so you can assign separate bins to different paperwork categories.

What folders are they designed to hold? They are designed for standard letter-size hanging file folders. Check your folder dimensions against the organizer’s slim format before arranging your files.

Are hanging folders included? No. The listing states that folders are not included, so you’ll need to supply them separately if you want to use the hanging-file system.
