BALEINE Collapsible Hanging File Organizer Box with Lid, Letter-Size
Product description
Smooth PVC rails let hanging folders slide in and out, making it easier to keep letter-size paperwork upright and within reach. The BALEINE file organizer pairs those rails with a textured polyester exterior, a lid, and a clear label slot for a tidy, easy-to-identify filing setup.
Use it as a portable home-office file box, then fold it flat when you need to put it away. Two handles make it practical to move between rooms or carry to the office.
Who it’s for
This organizer suits anyone who wants a defined place for everyday documents without setting up a permanent filing station. At 15 x 12.5 x 10.5 inches, it is sized for standard letter-size hanging folders, keeping papers upright and accessible rather than stacked loose in a drawer. The transparent label slot helps identify what is stored inside at a glance, which is useful when organizing paperwork by project, household, or work topic.
It also fits a more flexible routine: keep active files nearby during the workday, carry the box with its two handles when changing rooms, and fold it flat when it is not in use. If you need fixed, built-in filing furniture, that approach serves a different purpose, this box is for portable, collapsible document storage.

Why it’s worth it
The rails on both sides provide a smooth path for moving folders, so you can browse or retrieve a document without lifting out a stack of papers. The reinforced sides help the box maintain its shape when filled, while the lid gives the files a covered place to stay between uses. Together, these details make it useful for organizing working documents in a home office or keeping paperwork grouped in another room.
The fabric exterior gives the organizer a finished look for visible storage, while its collapsible construction offers a different kind of convenience from a rigid filing box: it can be folded flat when you want to clear the space. The handles support moving the box as a unit, and the label slot makes the contents easier to recognize without opening it.
Are hanging file folders included? No. The box is sized for standard letter-size hanging folders, which are sold separately.
Can it be stored flat? Yes. The organizer folds flat when it is not in use, making it easier to put away between filing needs.
How can I identify the contents? Use the transparent label slot on the exterior to display a label for the documents inside.
Is it worth it?
For someone organizing letter-size paperwork who wants folders that slide on rails, a lid, and the flexibility to move or fold away the storage box, the BALEINE organizer brings those functions together in one compact filing solution. It works especially well for active home-office files that benefit from staying upright, labeled, and easy to carry.
