Product description
Competitive gamers looking for a fast, detailed desktop display get a 27-inch QHD screen with an IPS panel and a 240Hz refresh rate over DisplayPort.
AMD FreeSync Premium helps coordinate the display’s refresh with the graphics card’s frame rate, making it a useful feature for gaming sessions where smooth motion matters.
The ergonomic stand adjusts for height, tilt, swivel, and pivot, so you can set a comfortable viewing position for gaming, editing, or everyday desktop use.
Technical overview
The Nitro XV272U W2bmiiprx combines a 2560 x 1440 resolution with a matte IPS screen. QHD gives games and creative work more screen detail than a standard 1080p display, while the 16:9 widescreen format suits everyday desktop setups. The 178-degree viewing angle supports a clear view from different seating positions, and 99% sRGB coverage is useful when working with color-focused photo and video projects.

Requirements
To use the listed 240Hz refresh rate, connect through DisplayPort 1.4. The monitor’s HDMI 2.0 connections support up to 144Hz. Choose the port that matches the refresh rate you want and your computer’s available output, the monitor is intended for desktop use. The DisplayPort and HDMI cables are included, and the built-in audio also offers a straightforward option for sound without a separate speaker setup.
Getting the most from it
For a competitive game, connect over DisplayPort and position the screen so the panel faces your seating area. The stand’s height and tilt adjustments help bring the display into a comfortable line of sight, while swivel and pivot give you more flexibility when arranging a desk or changing between landscape and portrait layouts. FreeSync Premium is designed to match the display’s refresh to the graphics card’s frame rate. For photo or video work, the QHD resolution and 99% sRGB coverage make this a practical alternative to choosing a monitor focused only on gaming, the same screen can handle both play and creative desktop tasks. Built-in speakers provide an integrated audio option, and the VESA mounting pattern supports a compatible mount when a stand-free setup suits your workspace.
Customer feedback often praises the image sharpness, colors, and appearance. Opinions are more divided on color consistency and refresh-rate experience, and some buyers report light bleed or dead pixels. The listed connections are HDMI 2.0, not HDMI 2.1, so match expectations and cable choice to the actual port specifications.
