Screnex P7 Pro 15.6-Inch Laptop Screen Extender with Dual FHD IPS Displays

Two 15.6-inch FHD IPS panels add room for side-by-side tasks, so you can keep reference material, work documents, or a video call visible while using your laptop screen. The Screnex P7 Pro supports extend, mirror, and portrait modes, giving you flexibility to arrange your workspace around the task at hand.

Its foldable, clip-free design is made for moving between a home office, workplace, and travel setup. Install the driver before connecting, then choose the cable and power arrangement that matches your laptop’s ports.

Key takeaways

Each display has a 1920 x 1080 native resolution, a matte surface, and a 60Hz refresh rate. IPS technology and a 178-degree viewing angle help keep the picture consistent when you shift your position or share the screens with someone nearby. Built-in speakers provide audio for calls and videos, while onboard buttons control display settings, volume, and backlight.

The aluminum casing has a professional look, and the widened anti-slip stand supports the extender without laptop clips. The side screens rotate 180 degrees and fold inward, making it easier to adjust the layout or close the panels for transport. A carry bag is included for travel. Buyers often praise the clear image, portability, and straightforward setup, feedback on connectivity is mixed, so selecting the connection method for your laptop is an important part of setup.

Practical tips

Install the driver first, as required for setup. For a laptop with a full-function USB-C port, the stated connection mode uses one USB-C cable to power both screens. With a USB-A port, pair the USB-A cable with the power adapter. The adapter can also be used if the displays appear dim or flicker. Included accessories are two USB-C to USB-C cables, a USB-A to USB-C cable, a power adapter, a driver USB flash drive, and a carry bag.

Best use cases

Use the P7 Pro when your laptop screen alone makes it harder to keep several windows in view. A programmer can place reference material beside a work window, a student can keep notes open while working, and a business traveler can arrange spreadsheets or presentation materials across the expanded workspace. Extend mode separates content across screens, mirror mode duplicates it, and portrait mode offers another way to organize a display. If you want a larger workspace without carrying a separate desktop monitor, could a foldable laptop-mounted setup suit your routine better?

It is listed as compatible with Windows, Mac, Chrome OS, Android, Linux, and Switch, and designed for laptops from 13 to 17.3 inches. You’ll appreciate it if you want additional screens for business, desktop work, or entertainment while keeping a portable setup. Confirm that your device’s connection matches one of the supported cable arrangements before getting started.

Buying verdict
