VASAGLE BARNET LBC022LL01 Bookcase with 4 Tiers, 2-Door Cabinet and Steel Frame

If you need room for books and display pieces without relying on open shelving alone, this VASAGLE unit combines open tiers with a two-door cabinet. Its staggered layout gives the shelves a more distinctive look than a plain, evenly spaced bookcase. It can suit a living room, bedroom or home office. The choice is between displaying everyday items and keeping some things behind doors.

Everyday use

The four open tiers make books and ornaments easy to see and reach, while the cabinet provides a place for items you would rather keep out of view. Zigzag partitions and side bars add shape to the arrangement, the bars can also be used to hang headphones. For a practical setup, the upper shelves could hold books and a few decorative pieces, with less display-friendly items stored in the cabinet.

The unit measures 30D x 74W x 154.5H centimetres, so its tall, relatively narrow footprint may be useful where floor space is limited. Adjustable feet are included to help level it on uneven floors. The frame is steel, with engineered wood panels, and each shelf has a stated maximum static load of 20 kg. The supplied tilt protection is intended to secure the bookcase to a wall, follow the safety instructions and do not exceed the stated shelf limit.

Where it shines

This design sits between a basic open bookcase and a fully enclosed storage cabinet. Compared with a simple open shelf, it offers a concealed section as well as display space. Compared with a cabinet that hides everything, it keeps frequently used books and ornaments visible. It suits you if you want both kinds of storage in one piece of furniture, rather than choosing between an all-open or all-closed layout.

The Natural Beige and Cloud White finish and modern styling are intended to work across living and work spaces. Buyers have praised the appearance and storage capacity, including its ability to hold books and décor without looking overly crowded. They have also described it as sturdy and relatively easy to assemble using the instructions. These are buyer impressions rather than a guarantee of how it will look or feel in every room.

When it makes sense

Choose this layout if you want a mix of visible book storage and a closed cabinet, with a steel frame and a defined modern look. It might not be a great match if you need all your belongings hidden, as four tiers remain open. If you prioritise a simple, uniform set of shelves, a conventional bookcase may be a better fit, this VASAGLE model is more suited to buyers who want the staggered display layout as part of the furniture’s look.
