VASAGLE LLS165K01 5-Tier Shelf, Tool-Free Assembly, Vintage Brown and Black

Tool-free assembly makes the VASAGLE LLS165K01 easier to set up as a vertical storage spot, without needing a separate set of tools. Its five tiers give you room to organise everyday items while the 23.8 cm width keeps the footprint relatively slim.

Finished in vintage brown and black, it combines steel tubing with engineered wood shelves for a rustic-modern look. It is intended for floor mounting and can be used in spaces such as a living room, bedroom or kitchen.

Tips for day-to-day use

The shelf is designed to connect through double-ended screws, with the product information estimating assembly at about 5 minutes and no tools required. That may suit a room where you want to add storage without a lengthy build. Buyer feedback also highlights straightforward assembly, although individual experiences can vary.

At 60 x 23.8 x 139 cm, the unit uses a tall, narrow format rather than the broader footprint of a low storage cabinet. It could hold items you want to keep visible and within reach, such as books, smaller household supplies or decorative pieces. The shelves have rounded corners, and the veneered particleboard surfaces can be wiped with a damp cloth.

The adjustable foot pads are intended to help with stability. The supplied anti-tip kit should be attached to the wall for safe use, so factor that into where you plan to place the shelf. The listing gives a maximum static load of 8 kg per shelf and 40 kg in total, those figures are useful boundaries when deciding what to store on it.

Why it’s worth it

This design brings together five storage levels, a narrow profile and a finish that can sit comfortably alongside modern or rustic furnishings. Steel tubes provide the frame, while the shelves use engineered wood with a veneered surface. That makes it a practical alternative to a simpler open rack if appearance matters as well as adding storage.

Buyers have spoken positively about how easy the unit is to assemble and its perceived sturdiness. They also like the appearance, with some saying it looks more expensive than they expected. These are impressions rather than a substitute for the stated load limits, but they help explain the appeal of the finish and construction.

Highlights

The main choice is between vertical storage and a wider unit. This shelf makes use of height, which can be helpful where floor space is limited, a broader cabinet or shelving unit may make more sense for larger items or if you need enclosed storage. The VASAGLE’s open, tiered layout keeps stored belongings visible, but it does not provide doors or drawers.

Its listed dimensions are 60 x 23.8 x 139 cm, with five shelves and a vintage brown and black finish. Each tier has a stated maximum static capacity of 8 kg, with 40 kg across the whole unit. These are maximum static loads, so the shelf is better suited to ordinary household storage than to items that exceed those limits.

Should you buy it?

A solid pick if you want a tall, relatively slim shelf for everyday items and prefer a finish with more character than plain metal storage. The tool-free assembly and included accessory kit may also appeal if you want a straightforward setup, while the wall-fixing requirement is important for planning its position.

You may want to skip it if you need closed storage, a wide surface for bulky belongings or shelves intended to carry more than the stated static limits. For a living room, bedroom or kitchen where visible, lighter-duty storage is the priority, the five-tier layout offers a clear way to use vertical space.
