JBL Live Pro 2 JBLLIVEPRO2TWSSLAM Earbuds, Silver, Adaptive ANC, 40-Hour Playback

Some listeners want earbuds for an open, aware commute, others prefer a more focused sound for music and calls. JBL Live Pro 2 offers both True Adaptive Noise Cancelling and Smart Ambient, so you can switch between reducing distractions and hearing more of your surroundings. Its charging case brings total playback to up to 40 hours, while six beamforming microphones support clearer calls.

Who it’s for

These silver in-ear earbuds suit adults who listen to music on a smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device and want listening features that adapt to different parts of the day. Use noise cancelling to help limit surrounding distractions while travelling or concentrating, then switch to Smart Ambient when you want to remain more aware without removing the earbuds. For work calls, six beamforming microphones are designed to reduce wind and noise interference, VoiceAware lets you adjust how much of your own voice you hear in the earbuds.

They’re also a practical fit for moving between devices. Multi-Point Connection lets you switch the headphone input between two Bluetooth devices, which can help when a call comes in while you’re watching a show. Touch controls and voice assistant access add hands-free ways to manage listening. Android users can pair quickly, and the earbuds support mono or stereo use with the left earbud, right earbud or both.

What stands out

JBL Signature Sound comes from 11 mm dynamic drivers. Oval Tubes and oval silicone tips are designed for a snug fit, with the shape intended to support isolation and bass. Three sizes of ear tips are included, giving you options to find a comfortable fit. A closed-stick design keeps the earbuds’ profile streamlined while supporting the listening experience.

Battery capacity is split between up to 10 hours in the earbuds and another 30 hours in the case. Qi-compatible wireless charging makes it possible to recharge the case wirelessly, and a 15-minute Speed Charge is specified to provide up to four hours of playback. That combination suits days when you want to listen between errands, calls and entertainment without relying on a single earbud charge.

Buyer feedback is positive about the sound, noise cancelling and app functionality. Fit, connectivity and touch controls receive mixed reactions, and some buyers raise durability concerns. The oval tips and three included sizes offer a way to choose a fit that feels secure for your ears.
