Usage tips

The story centers on a young girl's sketchbook falling into a strange pond, where her drawings come to life and unleash chaos. That imaginative setup gives the movie a clear hook for a family movie night, while the action-and-comedy mix brings both adventure and humor to the story. At 1 hour and 32 minutes, it fits a movie-night slot without requiring a longer feature-length commitment.

Choose the audio and subtitle options that suit your household: the disc listing includes English and Spanish Dolby Digital 5.1 audio, along with English, French, and Spanish subtitles. The PG rating means parental guidance is suggested, which can help families decide whether the movie is right for their viewers. If you prefer a movie with a fantastical premise and family-focused themes over a realistic story, Sketch offers a playful starting point for an evening together.

What you get

This release is listed as Blu-ray + DVD, so it brings the movie in both formats rather than presenting it as a single-format edition. That makes it a practical fit for households that choose between Blu-ray and DVD when watching at home. The listing identifies the feature film, its runtime, cast, language options, and rating, the story itself follows a family trying to reunite and stop the monsters their young daughter’s drawings have unleashed.

Buyers describe the movie as an enjoyable family watch that can appeal to both younger and older viewers. Some also mention its single-parenting themes, adding a family relationship angle to the fantasy and comic chaos. These impressions may help viewers looking for more than a monster-centered adventure decide whether the story suits their movie night.
