Grimm: The Complete Collection DVD, All Six Seasons on 29 Discs

For viewers who want every season of Grimm together in one DVD set, this collection brings the complete six-season series into a single 29-disc release. It follows Portland homicide detective Nick Burkhardt as he discovers his Grimm heritage and faces creatures from myth. Looking for a story that blends crime-solving with supernatural suspense? The series builds that premise across its full run, with David Giuntoli, Russell Hornsby, and Silas Weir Mitchell among the cast.

The essentials

The collection contains all six seasons and has a listed runtime of 88 hours and 18 minutes, making it suited to a full-series watch-through or returning to favorite episodes over time. Nick’s work as a detective gives the story a case-by-case foundation, while the Wesen mythology expands the stakes as new creatures and dangers emerge in the Pacific Northwest. That combination gives viewers both individual mysteries and a continuing fantasy storyline to follow.

This is a DVD, NTSC set. English audio is available in Dolby Digital 5.1, alongside Portuguese and Spanish Dolby Digital 5.1 audio tracks. Subtitles are listed in French, Portuguese, and Spanish. The collection is rated NR. Bonus material across the discs includes deleted and extended scenes, behind-the-scenes features, webisodes, highlight reels, a set tour, and season-specific featurettes. These extras offer additional context on the creatures, visual effects, cast, and production for fans who want to explore beyond the episodes.

Compared with collecting separate season releases, this complete-series set keeps the show's six-season run together in one DVD collection. That makes it a straightforward choice for viewers who want to follow the story from Nick’s first discovery through the series finale.

How to use it

Choose the audio and subtitle options that suit your viewing setup, then watch by season for the story in sequence or revisit individual episodes as desired. The series’ mix of homicide investigations, folklore, and horror elements also lends itself to a suspenseful seasonal watch, including Halloween viewing. The bonus features provide another way to spend time with the series after an episode or season ends.

Everyday use

A complete series on disc works well for a home collection where you want the episodes available for repeat viewing, rather than relying on a rotating selection of individual seasons. The six-season structure makes it easy to follow the evolving story in order, while the 29-disc format organizes the run across the collection. Buyers often praise the series as entertaining and enjoy having the full story available, feedback on picture quality and playback is mixed, and some buyers report concerns about the case holder’s durability.

Final verdict

For Grimm fans and viewers drawn to crime dramas with horror and fantasy elements, this set brings the entire series together with more than 88 hours of episodes and a range of bonus features. Its central appeal is simple: one DVD collection covers Nick Burkhardt’s journey across all six seasons, with multiple listed audio tracks and subtitle choices for a flexible viewing experience.
