Getting the most from it

The two-disc presentation is suited to viewers who want the complete series in a tangible edition, rather than collecting episodes across separate releases. It also makes a practical choice for anime fans building a DVD shelf or choosing a story to share at home. The language options let viewers select English or Japanese audio, with subtitles available in English and Japanese for added flexibility during playback.

The series is categorized as anime and manga, with horror and supernatural themes. That combination makes it a natural fit for a viewing session focused on supernatural storytelling. Its full-series runtime gives you room to follow the story across multiple sittings, while the physical format keeps the set easy to return to when you want to revisit the series.

How to use it

Choose the English or Japanese stereo audio track and, if desired, select English or Japanese subtitles in your DVD playback settings. The NTSC format is an important detail when choosing a DVD edition for your setup, check that your player and display arrangement supports NTSC discs. With 5 hours and 12 minutes of content across two discs, you can watch in a longer session or divide the series into shorter evenings. The ages 14 and over rating offers a useful reference when selecting it for a household viewing list.

Is it worth it?

For anime viewers looking for one physical set containing the complete Vampire Knight series, this edition combines two discs with English and Japanese audio and subtitle options. It is a more consolidated choice than seeking out separate releases, and the recorded runtime helps with planning a viewing session. Buyers often highlight the storyline, character development and opening and ending themes, while also describing the series as enjoyable to watch with a partner or friends. Those are viewer impressions rather than playback specifications, but they point to the appeal of choosing this set for a shared anime night or a personal collection. If you want the complete series in a subtitled NTSC DVD edition, its two-disc format and language choices make it easy to plan how you watch.
