Ziluce XXL Foldable Dog Stairs, 2-in-1 Split Ottoman for Beds and Couches

The six-tier design gives dogs a set of steps up to a bed or couch, helping make furniture access easier for senior pets and dogs with joint concerns. Its fabric walking surface is described as non-slip, adding traction as your dog climbs.

When the stairs are folded, they become a footstool or bench. That dual purpose makes the piece useful as part of your living space, rather than a set of steps that has to stay out whenever your dog is not using it.

The split-ottoman design is intended for small, medium, and large dogs, including puppies and older pets. It can be used beside a couch or bed, with the open height listed at 21.06 inches.

Tips for day-to-day use

Place the stairs beside the furniture your dog uses most, so the route up is easy to find. The steps offer an alternative to having a dog jump directly onto a couch or bed, the gradual stair layout can be especially useful for older dogs or pets recovering from an injury. For a typical evening, set the stairs beside the couch, then fold them into a footstool or bench when you want the floor space back.

Assembly involves attaching the legs with screws and tightening them with the provided tool. For routine care, wipe the fabric with a damp cloth and clean the wooden legs as needed. Compared with fixed pet steps, this design also serves as furniture when folded, so it suits homes where a dual-purpose piece is more useful than dedicated stairs alone.

Benefits

The stairs combine furniture access with a second everyday use. Folded, the unit becomes a footstool or shoe bench, unfolded, it gives your dog a stair route to a couch or bed. This makes the design relevant for shared living spaces where pet equipment needs to fit into the room’s routine and layout.

Buyers commonly highlight the design, function, and ease of folding and unfolding, and some mention using it for small dogs or older pets. Feedback on the walking surface is mixed: while it is presented as non-slip, some buyers say they would prefer more grip. Opinions on stability and value also vary. That feedback makes the surface worth considering as part of how your own dog approaches steps, rather than assuming every dog will feel the same on it.

Is it worth it?

Worth considering if your dog needs a step-by-step route onto the furniture and you would also use a footstool or bench in that spot. The six-tier format, foldable split-ottoman design, and light gray finish bring together pet access and a practical furniture function. For households looking to support a senior dog, a recovering pet, or a smaller dog that uses the couch or bed, it offers a defined place to climb while serving another purpose when folded.
