Ziluce XL Dog Stairs, 2-in-1 Wooden Ramp and Ottoman, 17.13-Inch Height

Best use cases

When a small dog needs a steadier way onto the couch or a low bed, the Ziluce XL offers a ramp-style route instead of a jump. Its 17.13-inch height is designed to bridge furniture access, while the gradual incline gives puppies, senior dogs, and recovering pets a less steep approach.

The steps have a carpeted, non-slip surface to help paws find traction during the climb. Use it beside a sofa, bed, or window seat where your dog regularly wants to join you. The product is intended for small dogs, and its wooden construction gives the steps a furniture-like presence in a living space.

Would a separate set of pet steps take up space between uses? This design converts from pet steps into an ottoman, so it can serve as a footstool when your dog doesn’t need access.

Why it makes sense

A conventional set of steep steps prioritizes a direct climb, this model pairs its steps with a gradual, ramp-like incline for pets that benefit from a gentler route. The non-slip carpeted surfaces provide paw grip along the way, while the broad top platform gives your dog a place to land near furniture. Together, those details make it useful for everyday access rather than only for occasional travel or training.

It also offers a practical alternative to keeping a dedicated pet staircase in view. When not serving as a way up, the unit converts into a footstool, helping it fit into a living room as functional furniture. The wooden frame and gray finish support that dual-purpose role, and the product is designed for small dogs, including puppies and older pets.

Buyers often appreciate the furniture-like appearance, the stool conversion, and how easily their pets use the steps. Feedback on the step height is mixed, with some finding the steps fairly low, opinions on value are also varied. These perspectives make the product’s format and intended use especially relevant: it combines a gradual pet route with an ottoman rather than functioning as a conventional standalone ramp.

Is it worth it?

For small-dog owners looking to make couch or low-bed access easier, the Ziluce XL brings together a gradual incline, grippy step surfaces, and an ottoman conversion. It’s a useful fit when pet access should stay close at hand but the steps should also have a role in the room between climbs.
