SmarTect Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Sony Xperia 10 V, 9H, 2-Pack

If you want a more substantial screen barrier than a flexible film, this SmarTect tempered glass protector is made for the Sony Xperia 10 V. It is a practical choice for everyday scratch and impact protection while keeping the display visible.

The glass is 0.3 mm thick, glossy and described as ultra-clear, with a 9H hardness rating. The pack contains two protectors, so there is a spare if you need to replace one later.

One fit detail matters: on a curved smartphone, the protector covers the horizontal screen surface only. It does not claim to wrap around curved edges, so the “full screen” wording should not be read as edge coverage in that situation.

Key features

SmarTect uses tempered glass with a stated 9H surface hardness, intended to help guard the display against scratches, everyday wear and impacts. That makes it a different approach from a thin flexible film: choose glass if a firmer screen layer is your priority, while a flexible protector may suit someone who wants material that conforms more readily to a curved display.

The 0.3 mm glass has a glossy finish and is described as ultra-clear, with high touch sensitivity. An oleophobic coating is intended to reduce fingerprints, dirt and grease marks. These features are useful for a phone handled throughout the day, though the product details do not promise that the screen will remain mark-free or prevent damage in every drop.

The box includes two screen protectors, two wet wipes, a microfiber cloth, two anti-dust stickers and an English instruction manual. The supplied cleaning and fitting items give you what you need to prepare the screen before application. The maker describes installation as bubble-free when the kit is used, but careful cleaning and alignment still matter when fitting any screen protector.

Size & fit

This protector is listed for the Sony Xperia 10 V, with dimensions of 15.1L x 6.4W centimetres. It is not a universal glass sheet: its stated phone compatibility is specifically for the Xperia 10 V. The manufacturer says the cut is suitable for most cases without lifting or interference, but it does not name particular case models.

The curved-screen qualification is worth keeping in mind. If a phone has a curved display, only the horizontal surface is covered, the glass is not presented as protection that follows the curved edges. The finish is glossy rather than matte or privacy-focused, so it is aimed at preserving a clear view rather than changing how the display looks.

Getting the most from it

Clean the display with the included wet wipe, use the microfiber cloth and anti-dust stickers to remove remaining marks, then follow the instructions for positioning the glass. A clean, dust-free surface is especially important for avoiding visible specks beneath the protector. Two pieces are supplied, which also means a replacement is on hand without needing to buy a single spare separately.

The maker states that its screen protectors are compatible with fingerprint sensors and Face ID, while noting that a sensor may need recalibration or reconfiguration in some cases. The supplied information does not identify a specific sensor setup for the Xperia 10 V, so treat that as general compatibility guidance rather than a guarantee for every configuration.

When it makes sense

You’ll like it if you want a two-piece tempered-glass pack for the Xperia 10 V, with a cleaning kit and a clear, glossy finish. It suits everyday handling where scratch resistance and a firmer layer are more important than flexible coverage.

Better avoided if you need a protector that wraps around curved screen edges, or if you specifically want a matte or privacy finish. For a flat display and a preference for glass, the stated fit and included installation accessories make this a straightforward option to consider.
