SmarTect Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Moto G24, G04 and G04s, 3-Pack

If your main concern is everyday scratch protection, tempered glass offers a different approach from a flexible TPU film. If you need a protector that bends around a curved display, flexibility may matter more. This SmarTect pack is made for the Motorola Moto G24, G04 and G04s, with three glossy glass protectors included.

Strengths

The glass has a stated 9H hardness rating and a thickness of 0.3 mm. Its clear finish is intended to preserve the display’s original appearance, while the oleophobic coating is designed to help resist fingerprints, dirt and grease marks. High touch sensitivity is also listed, which should matter if you use your phone throughout the day and want the screen to remain responsive.

Three protectors give you replacements if an application does not go to plan or a fitted protector needs changing later. That makes the pack more practical than buying a single glass protector, particularly if you prefer to keep a spare at home. The supplied cleaning items and instructions are intended to make application manageable without specialist tools, although a clean screen and careful placement remain important for a neat fit.

The essentials

Compatibility is specified for the Motorola Moto G24, Moto G04 and Moto G04s. The stated dimensions are 15.7L x 6.9W centimetres, and the surface finish is glossy. The pack contains three screen protectors, three wet wipes, a microfibre cloth, two anti-dust stickers and an instruction manual in English.

The manufacturer describes the glass as scratch- and impact-resistant. A hardness rating is useful when comparing screen protectors, but it should not be read as a guarantee that a phone screen will remain undamaged in every drop. If you are choosing between glass and TPU, glass is the more rigid format here, the supplied comparison describes TPU as flexible and more suited to curved displays and lighter-use protection. The manufacturer also notes that on a curved phone, the protector covers only the horizontal surface. That detail may affect how much of the display you expect to cover.

Getting the most from it

Before fitting, use the included wipes and cloth to clean the display, then use the dust stickers as directed in the instructions. Take time to align the glass before pressing it into place. The kit is described as supporting bubble-free installation, but that outcome depends on applying it carefully and keeping dust off the screen during fitting. For a typical everyday scenario, it is intended to sit on the phone while you carry it in a pocket or bag, helping shield the display from scratches and routine marks.

Practical questions

Which phones does it fit? It is listed for the Motorola Moto G24, Moto G04 and Moto G04s. Check your phone’s exact model before choosing, as other Motorola models are not named as compatible.

What is included for installation? The pack includes the three glass protectors, wet wipes, a microfibre cloth, anti-dust stickers and an English instruction manual. The manufacturer also refers to an installation video, but the listed pack contents do not include a separate tool beyond those items.

Will it cover a curved screen completely? The manufacturer says that on a curved smartphone, only the horizontal surface is covered. If full coverage around a curved display is your priority, a flexible protector may be a more suitable format.

When it makes sense

It makes sense if you have one of the three listed Motorola phones and want a clear, glossy glass protector with spares and basic fitting accessories. You may want to skip it if your phone is a different model, or if you need flexible coverage for a curved display. The choice comes down to whether a rigid glass surface for everyday screen protection suits your phone better than a flexible film.
