SmarTect Tempered Glass Screen Protectors for Galaxy Xcover 4/4s, 9H, 0.3 mm

Choosing screen protection often comes down to whether you want a rigid glass layer or a flexible film for a curved display. This SmarTect pack is made for the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4 and 4s. It includes three tempered glass protectors and a cleaning kit. The listed features focus on scratch resistance, clear viewing and straightforward fitting.

Everyday use

The glossy, ultra-clear glass is intended to protect the phone’s display from scratches, everyday wear and impacts while keeping the original display quality visible. Its 0.3 mm thickness and high-sensitivity touch feature are relevant if you want a screen layer that does not replace the way the phone is used. The oleophobic coating is described as helping resist fingerprints, dirt and grease marks, so it may suit a phone handled regularly throughout the day.

For a practical example, the included wipes and cloth let you clean the display before fitting the glass, while the anti-dust stickers are there to help prepare the surface. SmarTect describes the installation as bubble-free when using the supplied kit, but the result will depend on careful placement. It suits you if you want several protectors for a compatible Xcover phone rather than a single sheet.

What stands out

The main distinction is the rigid tempered-glass format, with a stated 9H hardness rating. That makes it a different approach from a flexible TPU film: glass is presented here for impact and scratch protection, while flexible film is described as better suited to curved displays. If the phone has a curved screen, the product information notes that the protector covers only the horizontal surface. That is an important fit detail, not full curved-edge coverage.

The pack also gives you more than the glass itself: cleaning and dust-removal accessories are included, along with an English instruction manual. This may be useful if you are fitting a protector at home and want the preparation materials together. The supplied information does not specify compatibility with every case, so the key decision is to match the protector to the stated phone models rather than assume it fits other Galaxy phones.

Before you decide

Which phones is this pack for? It is listed as compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4 and Xcover 4s. The supplied details do not name other compatible models.

What comes in the pack? There are three glass protectors, three wet wipes, a microfibre cloth, two anti-dust stickers and an English instruction manual.

Does it cover a curved display edge to edge? The product information says that, on a curved phone, only the horizontal surface is covered. If full coverage around curved edges is your priority, a flexible film may be a more suitable type to consider.

Is it worth it?

This pack makes sense if you own one of the two listed Xcover models and prefer a rigid glass protector with cleaning accessories included. Having three protectors is useful if you want spares available, though the details do not explain how long each one will last. It might not be a great match if your phone has a curved display and you specifically want protection across the curved edges. For a flat compatible screen, the choice is more straightforward: this offers a glossy, clear glass layer, while a flexible film is the alternative when flexibility matters more.
