SmarTect Glass Screen Protector for Huawei Watch GT5 41 mm, 3-Pack

For Huawei Watch GT5 41 mm owners who want a glass layer over the display, this SmarTect three-pack is made for that specific watch size. It uses 0.3 mm tempered glass with a stated 9H surface hardness.

The glossy, ultra-clear finish is intended to preserve the display’s original appearance and touch sensitivity. The package also includes cleaning and dust-removal accessories for fitting.

One detail matters for fit: on the watch’s curved screen, the protector covers the horizontal surface only. It is not described as covering the curved edges.

Key points

This is a three-piece set, so there are spare protectors if one needs replacing. The glass is described as scratch-resistant, shock-resistant and anti-fingerprint, with an oleophobic coating intended to reduce marks from fingerprints, dirt and grease. These features make it relevant for everyday contact with items such as keys and coins, though the 9H rating is a surface-hardness specification rather than a guarantee against every kind of damage.

The stated dimensions are 37 × 37 millimetres, and the listed clarity is 0.9. SmarTect identifies the protector as compatible with the original Huawei Watch GT5 41 mm. The supplied fitting kit contains three wet wipes, a microfibre cloth, two anti-dust stickers and an instruction manual in English.

Best use cases

This set is aimed at someone who wants a rigid glass protector for the flat viewing area of a Huawei Watch GT5 41 mm, with more than one protector included. The cleaning wipes and dust stickers are useful parts of the package because preparation is central to getting a tidy fit, the instructions describe the application as bubble-free when used with the included kit, but the result still depends on careful fitting.

Tempered glass is the more suitable approach if a firm layer against everyday scratches is the priority. A flexible TPU film is the alternative described for curved displays and lighter-use protection. It may suit a watch with a more curved screen better, while this glass protector leaves the curved areas uncovered.

Everyday use

Once fitted, the clear glossy surface is designed to keep the watch display visible and responsive to touch. The anti-fingerprint coating can help limit greasy marks, but it does not mean the surface will stay spotless. For a routine fitting, the included wipes and cloth can be used to clean the display, followed by the dust stickers before positioning the glass.

It suits you if you want a multi-piece tempered-glass set specifically listed for the Huawei Watch GT5 41 mm and are content to protect the horizontal screen area. It may not suit you if you want coverage over the curved edges, as the product details explicitly limit coverage to the horizontal surface.

Practical questions

Does it fit other Huawei Watch GT5 sizes? The compatibility information names the original Huawei Watch GT5 41 mm, so the listing does not establish fit for other sizes.

What is included for installation? The pack contains three glass protectors, three wet wipes, one microfibre cloth, two anti-dust stickers and an instruction manual in English.

Does it cover the full curved screen? No. The stated fit covers the horizontal surface only, not the curved areas of the device.

Final verdict

Choose this SmarTect set for a clear, rigid screen layer on the Huawei Watch GT5 41 mm, particularly if having spare protectors and a basic cleaning kit is useful. The key trade-off is coverage: it protects the flat screen area rather than wrapping around the curved edges. If full coverage of a curved display is the priority, the product details point towards a flexible film as a different approach.
