SmarTect Glass Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy A55 5G, 9H Glass and Camera Covers
Product description
The 0.3 mm tempered glass is designed to add scratch and impact protection while keeping the Galaxy A55 5G display clear. The pack includes three screen protectors and three camera glasses, so there are spares for later replacement. An included cleaning and installation kit supports a careful fit. The main trade-off is that glass covers the horizontal surface only on a curved phone display.

The 9H rating and tempered-glass construction are intended to help guard against everyday scratches and impacts, they do not mean the phone is immune to damage. The clear finish is aimed at keeping the display’s original appearance visible, while the oleophobic coating is designed to reduce fingerprints, dirt and grease marks. That makes this a practical format for day-to-day phone use, particularly if the display is often handled or carried with other items.
Compatibility & requirements
This set is specified for the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G. It is cut to fit most phone cases, which may suit anyone who wants screen protection without giving up a case. Installation depends on getting the glass aligned on a clean surface, and the supplied wipes, cloth and dust stickers are there to help with that process. The product information also notes that, on a curved smartphone, the glass covers only the horizontal surface. It does not claim full coverage over curved edges, so that detail matters if edge-to-edge protection is your priority.
Compared with a flexible TPU film, tempered glass is the more rigid option and is intended to provide impact and scratch resistance. TPU is described as flexible and suited to curved displays, with basic protection under lighter use. The choice is therefore about the screen’s shape and the type of protection you want, rather than assuming one material suits every phone.
Getting the most from it
Clean and dry the display before fitting the protector, using the included kit to remove dust and fingerprints. Take time to align the glass before pressing it into place, the accessories are intended to support a bubble-free application, though careful fitting still matters. Keep the spare protectors and camera glasses for a future replacement, rather than treating the three-piece count as three layers to apply at once.
A solid pick if you want tempered-glass screen protection for the Galaxy A55 5G and value having replacement screen and camera covers in the same pack. Not the best choice if you specifically need a flexible film that follows curved screen edges, as the stated coverage is limited to the horizontal surface on curved phones.
