Logitech MX Anywhere 2S Wireless Mouse, 4,000 DPI, Bluetooth, Multi-Computer Control

The MX Anywhere 2S is a compact wireless mouse with optical tracking and Bluetooth connectivity. Darkfield tracking gives the mouse flexibility across different work surfaces, including glass, while adjustable DPI lets you tailor cursor sensitivity to the task. The scroll wheel supports fast navigation through long documents and web pages. Its compact shape is designed for portable use, so it can move between a desk, shared workspace, and travel bag without requiring a full-size mouse.

Getting the most from it

For a workflow split between a Mac and a Windows computer, Logitech Flow lets you control up to three computers and move text, images, and files between them. That makes the MX Anywhere 2S a more suitable fit for switching between devices than a basic mouse intended for one computer at a time. Use Bluetooth to connect, then adjust the DPI to suit detailed pointer work or everyday browsing. The mouse is also listed as compatible with tablets and smartphones, in addition to personal computers.

In a practical setup, you could use it to work at a desk on a glass surface, scroll through a lengthy document, then switch to another computer to continue a task. Its rechargeable design keeps the mouse ready for repeated use, and the included Micro-USB cable is used for recharging. Buyers often praise its battery life and compatibility with Apple devices, while feedback is more mixed on Bluetooth consistency, responsiveness, and scrolling. Those varied experiences make it useful to consider the specific multi-device workflow and tracking features you want from a compact mouse.

What you get

The package includes the MX Anywhere 2S mouse, a Micro-USB charging cable, and user documentation. The seven-button layout provides multiple controls in a compact form, and the right-hand orientation is suited to right-handed use. For a mobile setup, the small form factor and Bluetooth connection help keep the workspace uncluttered, for a fixed desk, the high-sensitivity tracking and multi-computer control support a more involved workflow.

Buying verdict

Worth considering if you want a portable Logitech mouse that can track on glass and move between up to three computers. The combination of adjustable 4,000 DPI sensitivity, rechargeable power, and Flow support makes it especially relevant for people who regularly work across Mac and Windows devices or need a compact pointer for changing work locations.
