ProtoArc EK01 Plus Ergonomic Keyboard, Full Size, Green, Backlit, 3-Device
Product description
The ProtoArc EK01 Plus pairs a curved split frame with a cushioned wrist rest to give your hands a more supported position during everyday typing. Its full-size layout keeps a complete set of keys within reach for work, school, and home use.
Soft white backlighting has three brightness levels, making keys easier to see in dim rooms. Turn the light off when you prefer an unlit setup or want to extend time between charges.
Connect through Bluetooth or the included 2.4 GHz USB-A receiver, and pair up to three devices. The green finish adds a distinct look to a workspace without changing the keyboard’s practical, full-size format.
Who it’s for
This keyboard suits people who type regularly and want an ergonomic alternative to a conventional straight keyboard. The split frame, scooped key shapes, and cushioned wrist rest are designed to support a more relaxed hand position. It can serve as a desk keyboard for a laptop or PC, or connect to a compatible tablet when you want a larger typing surface.
The layout is AZERTY, so it’s best suited to users who already type with that key arrangement. Its 117 keys and full-size footprint make it a practical choice when you want a complete keyboard rather than a compact travel layout. Buyers often highlight the comfortable feel, ergonomic design, and backlighting, feedback on reliability and battery consistency is mixed, with some reporting key issues or needing to recharge more often.
Benefits
The curved split design and padded wrist rest put ergonomic comfort at the center of the typing experience. Four adjustable tilt feet offer three angle positions, so you can set the keyboard to suit your preferred desk posture. The rounded, dished key surfaces are shaped to meet the fingertips, while the soft white light helps keep the keys visible for evening work.
Choose low, medium, or high brightness, or switch the backlight off. The 2,000mAh rechargeable battery provides different stated runtimes depending on the lighting setting: up to 12–13 hours on high, 18–20 hours on medium, 34–36 hours on low, and 90–100 days with the backlight off. A one-minute lighting timeout and automatic sleep after 60 minutes of inactivity help manage power during pauses.
Compared with a standard flat keyboard, the EK01 Plus puts more emphasis on wrist support and adjustable typing angles. That makes it worth considering if you want a full-size ergonomic layout for a regular workstation, with wireless connection options for more than one device.
