PetRuna Extra Wide and Long Dog Ramp, 71-Inch Aluminum, 20-Inch Wide

The 71-inch aluminum PetRuna ramp gives dogs a longer, wider path into elevated spaces. Its 20-inch walking width and high-traction carpet surface support a steadier climb. Choose a longer ramp when a gentler slope matters more than a compact step. The four-fold design makes it easier to store and carry between outings.

Compatibility

Use the ramp to help dogs get into or out of a car, SUV, or truck, or reach an elevated couch or bed. For vehicle use, attach the safety tether to the trunk latch as directed so the ramp is secured during loading. Its 270-pound capacity makes it suitable for a range of dog sizes, including large dogs, when their weight is within that limit.

The long profile is useful when you want a less steep approach, a compact step is a different choice when minimizing storage space is the priority. The folding construction helps bridge those needs: set it up for access, then fold it flat for storage or transport. Its padded handle is designed to make carrying more comfortable.

Buyers commonly praise the ramp’s sturdy feel, width, and ease of folding and use. Some say it helps older dogs and puppies reach a vehicle more easily. These are individual impressions, but they point to the practical appeal of a broad walking surface and a foldable design for regular trips.

Tips for day-to-day use

Set the ramp on a stable surface and use its anti-slip feet. For vehicle loading, secure the tether to the trunk latch before your dog steps on. Give your dog time to approach and walk along the carpeted surface at a comfortable pace. When finished, fold the ramp and use the handle to carry it to its storage spot. Its folded size is designed to make it easier to keep in a vehicle or at home between uses.
