HALLOLUX Ink Cartridges 21XL/22XL

If you print mostly occasional documents and everyday color pages, replacing both cartridge types in one bundle can be simpler than sourcing black and color separately. The HALLOLUX pack contains remanufactured HP 21XL black and 22XL color cartridges, with listed compatibility across selected DeskJet, OfficeJet, PSC, and Fax models. The key decision is whether your exact printer appears on the compatibility list.

For a home printer used for schoolwork, forms, or the occasional photo, the two-cartridge setup covers basic black-and-color printing without buying a larger supply than you need.

Best use cases

This combo is aimed at owners of compatible older HP printers who need both black ink and color ink at once. It may suit a household printing text-heavy pages with some color mixed in: think a black-and-white form followed by a school project with colored headings or images. Instead of choosing a single-color replacement, you get a black 21XL and a color 22XL cartridge together.

The listing names many compatible models, including DeskJet F2210, F380, and F4180, along with OfficeJet 4315 and J3680. It also includes other DeskJet, OfficeJet, PSC, and Fax models. Because the list is model-specific, match your printer’s exact number before ordering rather than relying on the brand or series name alone. Worth considering if your printer is listed and you need both cartridge types, It’s not for you if your model is absent or you need a cartridge for a different printer family.

Product specs

The pack contains two remanufactured cartridges: one black 21XL and one color 22XL. HALLOLUX states yields of up to 520 pages for the black cartridge and up to 500 pages for the color cartridge, with both estimates based on 5% page coverage. That gives a rough reference for light coverage, not a promise that every print job will reach those totals. Pages with large images or dense color can use ink differently.

The product description says the cartridges are intended to print clear text and bright images, but it does not provide independent test results or details about ink volume. From the way it is set up, this is a replacement option focused on supplying both colors in a compact bundle, rather than buying extra cartridges for stocking up. HALLOLUX also describes the cartridges as remanufactured and presents that as a way to reduce plastic waste, the listing does not quantify the environmental impact.

Where it shines

The practical appeal is straightforward: if your compatible printer runs out of black and color around the same time, one pack covers both needs. For example, you could print a batch of forms in black, then switch to a color page for a classroom handout without having to find a separate color cartridge. The stated high-yield figures may also help set expectations for light-coverage printing, as long as you keep the 5% assumption in mind.

The trade-off is that this is a remanufactured product, not a listing for new original-brand cartridges. Buyers who specifically want new cartridges or need more information about ink volume and verified print performance won’t find those details here. Checking the exact printer number is the most useful step before deciding.

Buying verdict

This HALLOLUX combo makes sense when you have a listed HP printer, need both black and color, and are comfortable choosing remanufactured cartridges. Its clearest advantage is the paired 21XL/22XL format, with stated yields that give a baseline for light-coverage use. Skip it if your model is not explicitly listed, or if you need independently documented performance or details the product information does not provide.
