Frameo Digital Picture Frame 64GB

Some digital frames are best for displaying photos already stored on the device. This one is built around sharing: family members can send photos and videos over Wi-Fi through the Frameo app.

Its 15.6-inch screen gives photos room to stand out, while the white wood finish is intended to blend into a home setting.

The tradeoff is that app-sent videos are limited to 15 seconds. If longer clips matter, playback from a USB drive or SD card is supported instead.

Best use cases

This frame is aimed at families who want to keep photos moving between households, rather than update a display only when someone visits. With Wi-Fi and the Frameo app for iOS and Android, multiple people can be added to send content, and one app can manage multiple frames. That makes it useful for sharing new snapshots with parents or grandparents without asking them to transfer files themselves.

Picture a family member sending a photo after a weekend gathering: it can appear on the frame within a few seconds, with a caption to add context. Recipients can also send a React emoji, a small interaction that makes the display feel more connected than a slideshow running on its own. It’s a great fit if the main goal is convenient, ongoing photo sharing.

Product specs

The 15.6-inch IPS touchscreen has a 1920 x 1080 resolution. Built-in storage is 64GB, and the frame also supports playback and file management through an SD card or USB flash drive. Supported image formats are JPG, JPEG, BMP, and PNG, MP4 is listed for video. Approximate product dimensions are 15.43 x 9.61 inches.

External cards and drives need to be formatted as FAT32. The listing recommends 32GB media for compatibility and notes that 64GB and 128GB options may not work properly. The USB port is for flash drives, not for transferring photos directly from a computer. App-uploaded videos are capped at 15 seconds, while videos played from an SD card or USB drive have no stated time limit.

Where it shines

The large, full-view screen and touch controls make browsing and basic setup more direct than on a small, button-operated frame. Wi-Fi sharing is the bigger distinction: choose this approach if relatives will contribute photos remotely, a simpler frame that relies on manually loaded files may make more sense if updates will be rare or the display will be used offline.

The app’s access controls are described as limited to users added to the frame, and several people can send content. Still, this setup depends on Wi-Fi for remote sharing, and the short app-video limit may frustrate anyone expecting to send longer clips. For those, direct playback from supported removable storage is the stated alternative.

Buying verdict

This is a good match for a shared family display where easy photo contributions matter more than unrestricted video sharing. The 64GB internal storage and removable-media playback offer flexibility, but external-drive compatibility has specific caveats. It may not suit you if you want to send longer videos through the app or need a frame with a specified stand or mounting arrangement, the listing gives no such placement details, so planning the spot is harder without that measurement. Choose it when the large touchscreen and remote sharing solve a real everyday need, not simply because you want a basic screen for photos stored in one place.
