SHARGE Disk M.2 NVMe Enclosure 2TB
Product description
This compact M.2 NVMe SSD enclosure from SHARGE pairs active cooling with fast transfer speeds for on-the-go creators and professionals. It aims to keep drives cool under load, so large transfers and editing tasks run with fewer thermal slowdowns. For quick backups and media offload the long transfer examples from the manufacturer give a clear idea of real world speed, and the small footprint makes it easy to carry.
Quick overview
The enclosure includes a built-in high-speed fan for active heat dissipation, which helps maintain steady performance during heavy workloads. It supports up to 2TB SSDs and reaches 10Gbps USB C 3.2 Gen2 rates according to the vendor, so moving large photo or video libraries is noticeably quicker. The unit is slim and light, weighing just 24 g, and it is roughly half the size of a credit card, making it genuinely portable.

Where it shines
Durability stands out, with an IP54 rating and 6.6 ft drop protection for safer outdoor use. The enclosure is designed to be resilient during travel, and the small weight means it can attach to a bag or keychain without bulk. The active fan can make a difference during prolonged transfers, though it may introduce minor noise depending on environment.
Who it’s for
It suits you if you need a portable NVMe reader with active cooling for frequent large transfers, especially photographers and video editors who work remotely. It is useful for gamers who want fast external storage for PS5 or Steam Deck. It may not suit you if you rely on B Key or SATA M.2 modules, as those are not supported, or if you prefer a completely passive, fanless enclosure.
Care tips
Keep vents clear for the cooling fan to work effectively, and avoid prolonged exposure to heavy dust or liquids despite the IP54 rating. Store the enclosure with the SSD secured to prevent impact damage when travelling.
