SteelSeries Arctis GameBuds 61711 Wireless Gaming Earbuds, Yuzu, ANC
Product description
Active noise cancellation helps keep game audio in focus, while the Yuzu finish gives these in-ear gaming earbuds a distinctive look. Switch between 2.4GHz wireless for gaming and Bluetooth 5.3 for mobile listening. Want one pair for both? The dual connection options make it easy to move between compatible devices.
Fit and sizing
The ergonomic in-ear design comes with small, medium and large eartips, so you can choose a fit that feels comfortable for your ears. SteelSeries says the shape was developed using scans of 62,000 ears. The compact earbud format suits gaming at a desk as well as taking audio with you when you leave home. IP55 water resistance adds useful protection for everyday movement and training sessions.
Why it’s worth it
These GameBuds are designed to serve both focused gaming and everyday mobile use. Use the 2.4GHz connection with a PlayStation, PC or Switch, then switch to Bluetooth 5.3 for a mobile phone. That makes them a practical alternative to keeping separate wireless earbuds for gaming and general listening, with the connection method matched to the device and activity.
Four-mic hybrid active noise cancellation helps reduce surrounding noise during a game, while more than 200 game audio presets in the Arctis Companion App let you select settings for different titles. Presets can be accessed in real time through the app, giving you a straightforward way to change the sound profile as you switch games. The app is available for Android and iOS.
The battery is rated for up to 10 hours of continuous playback, with up to 40 hours total when used with the charging case. Qi wireless charging offers a convenient way to recharge the case, and USB-C charging is another option. For a shorter top-up, 15 minutes of fast charging provides up to 3 hours of use. These features suit longer gaming sessions and help keep the earbuds ready for mobile listening between them.
