SmarTect Glass Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy A9 2018, 3-Pack, 0.3 mm
Product description
Some buyers want a simple layer against everyday scratches, others need a protector that covers curved screen edges. This SmarTect tempered-glass pack is made for the Samsung Galaxy A9 2018. It includes three protectors and a cleaning kit. What matters most: straightforward screen coverage or edge-to-edge coverage?
Getting the most from it
The glass is 0.3 mm thick and has a glossy, ultra-clear finish, so it is intended to protect the display while keeping its original appearance visible. Its stated 9H hardness and anti-fingerprint coating address common marks from daily handling, while the high-sensitivity touch feature is intended to keep the screen responsive. These are product specifications, not a guarantee against every scratch or impact.
For installation, clean the display with the supplied wet wipes, use the microfibre cloth and anti-dust stickers, then follow the included English instructions. The kit is designed to help with bubble-free application, although careful positioning and a clean screen still matter. With three protectors in the pack, there are replacements available if another application is needed.

Why it’s worth it
The practical appeal is the combination of glass protection and the included fitting supplies, rather than a protector alone. For someone replacing a worn screen cover or setting up an A9 2018 for everyday use, having two spare protectors in the same pack may be useful. The clear finish is also the relevant choice if keeping the display visible matters more than adding a privacy or matte effect, those finishes are mentioned as options in the wider SmarTect range, but they are not what this pack provides.
Tempered glass is the more rigid approach compared with a flexible TPU film. The product information presents glass as the choice for impact and scratch resistance, while TPU is flexible and intended for curved displays and lighter protection. That distinction helps set expectations: the glass is aimed at protecting the main screen surface, not necessarily every curved edge.
Before you decide
Does it fit the Samsung Galaxy A9 2018? The listing identifies this protector as compatible with that model. It also notes that, on a curved smartphone, coverage is limited to the horizontal surface, so edge coverage may not extend over curved areas.
What comes in the pack? There are three glass protectors, three wet wipes, a microfibre cloth, two anti-dust stickers and an English instruction manual. The supplied items are intended to help with cleaning and fitting.
Will fingerprint sensors work through it? SmarTect says its screen protectors are compatible with fingerprint sensors, while noting that some devices may need sensor recalibration or setup after installation. The supplied information does not give a separate result for every A9 2018 configuration.
When it makes sense
It suits you if you want a clear tempered-glass cover for the Samsung Galaxy A9 2018 and value having spare protectors and fitting accessories included. It might not be a great match if your priority is flexible coverage over curved display edges: the listing says that only the horizontal surface is covered on a curved phone. Choose it for protection of the main screen area, with that coverage detail in mind.
