Earthquake Limited Edition Steelbook 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray (Bilingual)

For viewers looking to add a classic action, drama and suspense film to their collection, this Earthquake edition brings together a limited-edition Steelbook presentation and both 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray formats. It offers a straightforward way to choose a disc format that suits your viewing setup while keeping the film in a distinctive physical edition.

The edition is identified as bilingual, and the stated language is English. With a runtime of 2 hours and 2 minutes and a PG rating, Earthquake is a feature-length pick for a planned movie night or a film collection focused on action and adventure, drama, mystery and suspense.

At a glance

This release combines the film on 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray with a limited-edition Steelbook. The two formats make the set useful for viewers who want the 4K Ultra HD disc for a compatible player and the Blu-ray disc for a Blu-ray setup. Choose the disc that matches the player you plan to use, the package gives you both formats rather than a single-format release.

The genre details span action and adventure, drama, mystery and suspense, including thrillers. The cast includes Charlton Heston, Ava Gardner, George Kennedy, Geneviève Bujold, Richard Roundtree, Victoria Principal, Lorne Greene, Lloyd Nolan, Barry Sullivan and Marjoe Gortner. For collectors, the Steelbook presentation gives this edition a more distinctive shelf presence than a standard disc case, while the dual-format selection keeps it practical for different compatible players.

Usage tips

Before settling in, choose the disc according to your player: use the 4K Ultra HD disc with a player that supports 4K Ultra HD discs, or the Blu-ray disc with a Blu-ray player. This simple format choice helps you make use of the edition’s two included disc formats. The release is listed as NTSC, which is useful information to consider when selecting a disc for your playback setup.

At 2 hours and 2 minutes, the film suits an uninterrupted movie-night slot. Its PG rating and mix of action, drama and suspense also make it easy to place within a collection organised by genre or viewing mood. The bilingual edition label and English language listing help identify this version when browsing or sorting discs.

Tips for day-to-day use

Keep the discs stored in their Steelbook case between viewings, and return each one to its place after use. When selecting a disc, check whether you want to use the 4K Ultra HD or Blu-ray format and match it to the player available. That makes the two-format setup easy to navigate without treating the discs as interchangeable formats.

For a movie-night selection, the genre mix offers a clear starting point: this is a feature for viewers seeking action and adventure with drama and suspense elements. The cast list also makes the release relevant to collections centred on classic performers such as Charlton Heston and Ava Gardner. These details help distinguish the title when choosing among films or organising a physical media library.
