Covert Affairs: The Complete Series DVD – 75 Episodes and Bonus Features
Product description
Some viewers want a single story to follow from its first mission to its last, others are looking for a compact way to revisit favourite episodes. Covert Affairs: The Complete Series brings all 75 episodes together on DVD, following CIA operative Annie Walker through assignments that test her skills and keep her covert life separate from her personal one.
The collection also includes bonus features, giving fans more to explore beyond the episodes themselves.
Key points
Piper Perabo stars as Annie Walker, a gifted linguist recruited into the CIA’s Domestic Protection Division. Guided by Auggie Anderson, played by Christopher Gorham, Annie takes on high-stakes cases at home and around the world while trying to keep her work hidden from family and friends. The spy-drama storyline combines undercover assignments with the relationships that develop around them, making the complete-series format a natural fit for following the characters across the full arc.
The set contains all 75 episodes and bonus material such as deleted scenes, gag reels, cast and crew commentaries, and additional features. Listed extras include a prequel, behind-the-scenes material and an action reel. For viewers who enjoy learning more about how a series was made, these additions offer a reason to keep exploring after an episode ends. English audio is presented in Dolby Digital 5.1, and the discs use DVD-Video in NTSC format.
Tips for day-to-day use
This is a physical DVD collection, suited to a home viewing setup that plays DVD-Video in NTSC format. Keeping the discs in their cases between viewing sessions makes it easier to find the next episode and keep the series together as a collection. The listed content rating is Ages 14 and over, a useful reference when choosing what to watch with family.
Everyday use
The complete-series format works well for a weekend viewing plan, a longer catch-up between other shows, or revisiting a particular stretch of Annie’s CIA career. With every episode gathered in one set, there is no need to piece the story together from separate season purchases. The bonus content adds another layer for viewers who like deleted scenes, commentary and behind-the-scenes material alongside the main story.
Compared with choosing individual episodes or seasons, this collection keeps the full series in one physical set. That approach suits viewers who want the episodes together and enjoy having a DVD collection to return to, rather than choosing each viewing session through an on-demand format. Its spy missions, international cases and character relationships also give a group watching together plenty of story to follow across the series.
Final verdict
For fans of character-led spy drama, this DVD set brings Annie Walker’s complete story together with 75 episodes and a selection of extras. The NTSC DVD-Video format and English Dolby Digital 5.1 audio make the key playback details clear, while the bonus material gives the collection added appeal for viewers who want more than the episodes alone.
