Getting the most from it
Set feeding times and portions in the app to create a routine that works around workdays or time away from home. You can also dispense food manually and check Feeding History. For backup operation during a Wi-Fi outage, install backup batteries, saved feeding plans can continue to run when Wi-Fi is unavailable.
The raised-grid bowl is designed to encourage slower eating by limiting how much kibble a dog can take in each bite. Use it with the elevated base to help prevent food from building up. The wide outlet and hopper design are intended to keep larger dry kibble moving through the dispensing path, while the anti-jam system helps address resistance.
When you’re away, use the camera’s live view, including night vision, to check the feeding area, and use two-way audio to talk to your dog. This combines meal scheduling and remote check-ins in one indoor feeder, rather than relying on a basic timer-only model.
What you get
The package includes the automatic feeder, desiccant pack, mounting screw kit, elevated base, slow-feed bowl, power cable, power adapter, and user manual. The bowl and elevated base work together for the intended slow-feed setup. The feeder’s removable food-contact tray helps with routine cleaning, wash by hand.
Practical questions
Can it dispense large-breed kibble? The 28mm outlet is designed for dry kibble up to 23mm. Kibble shape and density can affect the portion delivered, so the app’s approximate 10g serving size may vary with the food used.
Can I set different meals and portions? Yes. The app supports schedules of up to 15 meals per day, with 1–20 portions per meal at about 10g per portion. You can adjust scheduled portions and dispense food manually.
Can I use it outdoors? No. This feeder is for indoor use and is not waterproof, so place it in a dry indoor feeding area.
Buying verdict
For large-dog households that want a substantial food hopper alongside scheduled portion control, the Wnfuo D03 brings those feeding features together with a slow-feed bowl and remote camera access. Its app-based schedules suit daily routines, while live viewing and two-way audio add useful check-ins when you’re away.
