Gdsun Travel Bowls-Purpie 2-in-1 Collapsible Dog Travel Bowl with Carabiner

Some dog owners want a compact way to offer food and water on the go, others need a larger setup for full meals. The Gdsun Travel Bowls-Purpie is a connected, collapsible silicone bowl set for travel and everyday outings. Could keeping both compartments together make stops easier to manage? Its fold-flat design and removable carabiner are aimed at making it simpler to carry.

What to know

The two compartments are intended for separate food and water, so you can bring both without packing two unrelated bowls. The bowls collapse for compact storage, and the removable carabiner can attach to a backpack, leash, or travel bag. That combination suits walks, road trips, camping, and hikes where portability matters more than having a full-size feeding station.

The product is made from silicone and has a textured, non-slip bottom designed to help it stay in place while a dog eats or drinks. Its listed capacity is 1.5 cups, the details do not clarify whether that applies to each compartment or the set, so treat it as a general capacity figure when deciding whether it suits your dog's portions. Buyers describe the set as convenient to pack and useful for travel, with some also noting that it opens and collapses as expected. Those comments speak to perceived ease of use, not a guarantee of fit for every dog or outing.

Cleaning & care

The care information says the bowls are dishwasher safe, which may be useful after serving wet food or water outdoors. The collapsible format also lets them fold down for storage between uses. No special cleaning method is specified, so follow the care instructions supplied with the product rather than assuming additional care requirements.

Practical tips

For a day trip, the separate compartments can keep a food portion apart from drinking water, while the carabiner offers a way to carry the set externally instead of taking up space inside a bag. At a campsite or roadside stop, unfold the bowls on a suitable surface and use them for a quick meal or drink break. The non-slip texture is intended to reduce sliding, though it should not be treated as a guarantee that the bowls will stay put on every surface.

Compared with carrying separate bowls, this connected set prioritizes having food and water options together in a collapsible format. A fixed, larger feeding bowl may make more sense when portability is not important or when you need a capacity beyond the listed 1.5 cups. It makes sense if compact carrying and two separate compartments match your routine. It’s not for you if you specifically want two independent bowls rather than a connected set.

Practical questions

Can it hold both food and water? The design has separate compartments intended for food and water.

How should it be cleaned? It is listed as dishwasher safe.

What is the listed capacity? The specifications give a capacity of 1.5 cups but do not say whether that figure applies to each compartment or the set.

Should you buy it?

Choose the Gdsun Travel Bowls-Purpie if you want a packable silicone option for walks, trips, or outdoor breaks and value keeping food and water in one connected set. The fold-flat construction and removable carabiner address carrying convenience, while the stated capacity gives you a starting point for judging portion needs. If your priority is a higher or clearly specified per-bowl capacity, the available details do not establish that this set will meet it.
