Faroro PF21SB Automatic Cat Feeder, 4L, Portion Control and Voice Recording
Product description
Set regular meals for your cat or small dog while you’re busy at home with the Faroro PF21SB automatic feeder. Its 4L hopper stores dry food for scheduled dispensing. Choose one to six meals a day and record a brief voice message to call your pet at mealtime.
Tech summary
The PF21SB combines a feeding schedule with portion control, so meals can follow a consistent routine instead of relying on a gravity-style feeder that continually makes food available. Set up to six meals per day, with up to 30 portions per meal, and use the slow-feed option to dispense food gradually for pets that tend to eat quickly. The 4L capacity suits everyday feeding for cats and small dogs, while the stainless steel bowl provides a removable eating surface.
A 10-second voice recording lets you use a familiar call when food is dispensed. The feeder runs from its included USB power adapter and cable or from three D-cell batteries, which are sold separately. It does not require internet or a smartphone for setup and scheduled feeding. Buyers appreciate that their cats take to the feeder and describe it as useful in daily routines, feedback is mixed on programming ease and reliability.
Practical tips
Use dry kibble measuring 2–15 mm for dispensing. Set meal times and portions to suit your pet’s routine, and try slow-feed mode if your pet tends to gulp food. For example, a scheduled meal can be set for a time when you’re away from the feeding area, with the recorded message serving as an audible mealtime cue.
For cleaning, the stainless steel bowl is dishwasher safe. The food hopper, lid, rotor, and bowl tray can be washed with water, wipe the electronic base with a cloth rather than submerging it. Keeping the bowl clean and the food path free of oversized kibble supports straightforward day-to-day use.
